My Laptop gets hot during playing games, any idea how to fix?

Hello Friends, I am having a serious issue of my device heating up . Whenever I play games with the charger plugged in the device starts getting hot. And when I stop the game it runs well. I have recently updated my windows and it has started after that, can't find out the reason behind it. Any idea what might be happening? Any kind of help would be appreciated.
