  • I highly doubt any Democratic strategists give a shit putting a dent in Trumps core far-right supporters. They want to chase as many Republicans that see themselves as moderates/centrists/etc. as possible away from Trump. If they want to get, say 5% of people that voted from Trump in '16 to vote for Biden in '20, they're going to go after the far softer targets, not the hardest.

    • You have to remember his base is big on the "Starving the beast" theory of tax payment, so this latest revelation is only going to cause more cheers then jeers.

Now deficit hawks, neo cons and Reagan Republicans there's the low hanging fruit.

      • My middle brother has been, for years, a Trump-supporting citizen, with all that entails. THat's been a long frustration, but honestly, it's not surprising.

But tonight, I just kind of have to accept it. It's not just him-it's the rest of the family. The others may not like Trump in presentation, but they'll still vote for him, and for pretty much every reason you imagine someone who considers themselves a "reasonable" conservative would vote for him. When this nation descends into it's inevitable civil war, I'm gonna have to leave them behind.

        • Last night, the President of the United States told white supremacists to "stand back, and stand ready."

It's nothing less than I expect of him these days, but I still hate it.

It was this issue that revealed the above problem.

            It's all very, very shitty.

              Go fuck yourself.

I also think it’s shitty to use your platform to wish death on someone, but women and people of color have had to put up with the vilest shit for as long as your site has existed; had to endure you looking the other way as misogynists, white nationalists, and other haters piled on to make death threats against people who dared to be black in public.

              Eat shit, Twitter.

              • I hate that my aunt who was entrusted with the storage of my possessions at this last leg of a period of years of them being away from my placed them in a wreck of a shed where so many of them have been soaked to an extent where, even if salvageable, they'll be permanently sullied.

I'm yet undecided on whether that hate extends any further.

Four years I kept them safe, and within a week of them finally being brought back to me this happens. Fucking PATHETICNJJHjhnjnmn

                  • California Republicans are trying to perpetuate their myth about voter fraud by committing actual election fraud, by setting up fake drop-boxes for voters to drop off their ballots.
