New/Dismissed filter?
EDIT: Resolved, my default zoom/display features for the browser were hiding it.
On the notifications page it says this "You've already read all of your notifications! Try changing your "New/Dismissed" filter to "Both" or "Dismissed Only" if you want to view dismissed notifications."
So where is the "New/Dismissed" filter because I can't find it anywhere.
