I'm currently unable to upload images to the forums but would like to partispate in "[template] inspirational image" threads. I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong I just get a notification saying I don't have authorization to do so.

No one uploads images to the forums.
Please upload to a separate image host, such as imgur.com, and then include the URL inside an [img] tag.
