  • [CoM] Bigfoot: Sword of the Earthman (comic) - Good Inspiration?

    Anyone seen this?
    It’s a new comic book series about Bigfoot…with a sword…on Mars.
CoM was the first thing I thought of when I saw it; anyone picked up an issue?
    Any good CoM inspiration?
    Too campy?
    Not campy enough?

    Thanks for reading.

This is what happens when an Abyssal Exalted ends up in H.o.L.
(Also known as "Derpwraith" and "PretentiousFontsGuy
    ").

I haven't seen or heard about it but I'll keep an eye out. Dejah Thoris' comic is the big Cavaliers of Mars-like comic I know of, though I imagine the fashions are different.

I didn't know about this one, so I can't say yet. I'll see if my comic store has it!

Hah, nice comic. Seems like it would fit to me, but I have nothing to do with the book. It would be cool if they visited more populated areas more but I can appreciate Bigfoot not being drawn to cities.

Somehow, I missed this post earlier. Yeah, fashions are pretty different between Burroughs' Mars and ours. I'm hoping to have the art depict a variety of regional costuming. In general, though, our Mars is more temperate, so you'll see less of the metal-minimal style clothing.

At least for people who don't have fur...
