  • Does people know that the things that i did under the effect of Vanishing From Mind‘s Eye Method were done by me even after the charm ended?

I'm happy to hear this because I'm a really big fan of DBs and even I took a couple of minutes to remember more than 1-2 of the DB occult charms from 2e. I also have never really seen DBs as a really occult splat, if that makes any sense, so I'm very excited.

      • Have you considered an Occult charm for letting a Dragonblooded knock up her mortal husband?

Now, hear me out: It might explain why we never seem to see pregnant Dragonblooded in any of the art, despite the fact that rocketing out babies is an important part of imperial culture. Conversely, it wouldn't be strange to never see these pregnant men, because they're presumably busy at home being horrified.

        • Will the Sworn Brotherhood spell be making a reappearance in WFHW?

          • Do warstriders in Ex3 still have their own specific list of equipment and weaponry, or is a warstrider's panoply always a unique and inextricable part of the god-golems that wield them?

            • Actually, for that matter what is the plan for warstrider-scale weapons? They don't exactly fit the light/medium/heavy paradigm.

              • Does Spirit-Detecting Glance (page 354) rely on sight / being able to see?
The relevant line reads: [...] the Solar can see (but not touch) immaterial spirits.
From what I've seen in 2nd and 1st edition the wording of the charm used 'perceive' instead of 'see' so I'm wondering if there's an intentional change here.

Also: Would this do anything to perceive materialized spirits? Like a Solar fighting a Nephwrack. Could you use Spirit-Detecting Glance to perceive the (materialized) Nephwrack through Clinging Shadow Miasma?

That seems easy enough: no. Spirit-Detecting Glance allows you to perceive dematerialized (and therefore invisible) spirits as well as you would be able to if they weren't dematerialized. But that's the only thing it does. It doesn't make seeing material spirits any easier, nor does it pierce other forms of obfuscation like darkness, concealment or intervening scenery. You'll want to invest in Awareness charms to help with those things.

                    • Are there any particular things new to third edition that you are dying (and willing) to talk about that have not come up yet? Any cool new locations that you haven't had the opportunity to flesh out, but have enough of a rough idea to hook us with? What about changes to existing people, places, and things? I realize that the answer to most of these sorts of questions is "wait and see", but I'm a big fan of things like Gloam where you are given just enough material to intrigue players and give storytellers to craft their own stories and mysteries.

                      • Is there any chance of Aspect/Caste names being duplicated between non-Exigent Exalt types? I would think not for several reasons, but I wanted to verify.

                        • I have a couple martial arts related questions for Vance.

How do Lunar (or any attribute-based exalt) charms interact with martial arts charms. A Solar can't use melee charms to enhance a martial art attack. Can a Lunar use strength or dexterity charms to enhance an attack already enhanced by martial arts charms?

What book, if any, will crystal chameleon style make its return in?

Thank you to both of you for taking the time to answer so many questions!!

                            • With the charm Null Anima gloves when I use the Steal inertia option does the clash attack created by it count as my attack roll for hitting my opponent to disarm them or do I make another attack that is a disarm decisive attack?

In that case, which element of the Dragon-Blooded Charm set are you most happy about changing?
