On page 147, Embrace of Celestial Aegis refers to Mars as the Maiden of War. Should this be the Maiden of Battles instead?

The sidebars all render oddly in iBooks often shifting kerning and tracking. The text also appears as if it has a black outline, it doesn’t do this on my PC.

      Craft rewrite.

Lighting Cleaves the Heavens (p90) and Falling Sky Strike (p91) both state that the wielder makes a Decisive Attack up to a certain range, but don't specify what kind of decisive attack. The intent is clearly a Melee or Martial Arts + Dex roll but it's not explicit.

Complementing: I do not have this problem reading on a tablet or smartphone. Seems more specific to his format.

Shadow-Casting Jewel creates permanent shadow creatures that only disappear if slain or if the original dies. It would also duplicate entire battle groups, which might become an issue if the original battlegroup routs and you're left with a massive army on your side. The permanence might also lead to using the jewel on a target multiple times after recharging the power. Adding an extra clause that the shadows vanish at dawn or whatnot might proof it, unless intended to work like this.

The Golden Viper deals its poison with withering attacks as well as decisive. Again, not sure if intended.

Either works. An alternate definition of broach that means something very similar to breach.

Page 104: Quincunx's Sorcerer's Crystal Aegis "banks motes equal to [the wearer's] total successes." This is likely supposed to be sorcerous motes.

The same applies to the reset condition of Brilliant Backlash Cascade on page 105.

Please let the errata stand without comment. The Devs will decide whether they find it valid. Thanks!

                    • Spirit-Grounding Stone automatically forces spirits to materialize within its radius, but "Essence 4+ spirits may pay a Willpower point to remain immaterial for the duration". This probably means they can spend a WP to remain immaterial while they are in the zone, as there is no set duration.

                      • Warstrider Mobility: "For longer overland travel, a warstrider is capable of covering (50 + [Speed x 10]) miles in ten hours." That means that Godspeed Vanguard moves at a wild 9 MPH. Should be in one hour.

Stone of the Ram’s Horn can be socketed into a ranged weapon as well as a melee one to make Smashing ranged attacks. This is incredibly powerful and probably unintentional, though it would be incredibly fun. Gem of the Wind-Blade also allows for ranged Smashing attacks, Grand Goremauls as heavy artifact thrown weapons seem wild. Siege weapon catapults having the Smashing tag sets a precedent that non-close combat weapons can have usually close combat weapon only tags.

                        • Tarantula's Grasp on page (26) states that "allows the wielder to make a [...] gambit as a counterattack, after the attack hits, but before damage is rolled."

However the dissonant condition is "The wielder may only counterattack if she successfully parries"

The first statement implies that it can only be used if the attack defeats the wielder's parry, whereas the dissonant condition can only be used if if the parry is successful. Was the first statement meant to say something like "after the attack is rolled, but before the damage is rolled"?

                            • p. 67, Lightning Draw Method: "Sirrush all but leaps into its wielder’s hand," and you have to attack on your first action... but no assistance with Draw/Ready actions. Is this deliberate?

                              p. 82, Elegant Fugue State: A Supplemental Charm which lasts all scene and works "when the wielder successfully delivers a decisive attack". Is this meant to be Reflexive? Does it supplement the attack? The damage roll?

                              • "Siege Engines and Demolition" (p.128) says mundane and artifact siege weapons can attempt Strength 10+ and Strength 15+ feats of demolition, respectively, but doesn't address the fact that those feats are normally Difficulty 15 at minimum.
