Queen Enhenduanna of H'Hui'Shan, Queen of Dragons, Princess of Fallen Sippar, Ruler of Al-Nushan, Chosen of the Gods of Lakes and Rivers, Chosen of the Gods of the Mountains, Chosen of the Gods of the Savannah.... This goes on for a while.

6'2' obsidian black skin with a tinge of bronze to it, she has elf like features and her veins glow with white hot heat and her hair does the same, her chest glows slightly with a deep fiery red, at will wings formed of fire appear at her back and she flies with terrifying fury. A sorceress of the highest power she has formed a mountain kingdom with dragons, griffins, golems, fire mages and changed the people to be smarter, stronger and longer lived than humans. The kingdom produces vast amounts of food and that is collected by thousands of earth and wood elementals, its people travel quickly along a vast canal network and the H'Hui'Shan itself is a marvel of towers and glimmering glass universities and libraries.

In combat she fights with either her ancestral daiklave of orricalcum and red jade, powering blows through enemies defences and blocking all attacks, or vast sorceress energies that melt everything in her path. In diplomacy she is wise, willing to negotiate terms for the betterment of all, but will not stand to be insulted of belittled.

A former royal concubine whose desire to improve her homeland saw her be manipulated into poisoning her prince lover, chosen as a Defiler due to her ernest desire to facilitate competent leadership and see everything running just so. However she has gradually learnt to accept her own flaws and accept that she is the leader of her Coven.

Alanna Tornen: Swift-bladed, silver-tongued bodyguard seeks charges with more power than scruples to whisper a moral compass into. Currently working on (and trying to work it with) the circle's Twilight.

She was a bored periphery aristocrat who got more than she bargained for - and exactly what she wanted - leaving home as part of a Realm DB's entourage.

Sesus Midora: As a scion of House Sesus and the granddaughter of spymistress Sesus Nimorah, I will be the best (lesbian strip- er, dancer) ninja that Creation has ever seen, or even better, not seen until way too late. My elite backup dancers can beat up your army but they'd be better at killing them in their sleep. Assuming I don't poison them at all with this poisoned skycutter my awesome Cynis BFF's family gave me. Also I helped kill an Anathema already, though my BFF's escort got the killing blow.

She's always been super-invested in proving herself by living up to the sneaky, clever image of House Sesus, and then her BFF Cynis Neevah taught her how to party. Ambitious hijinks have ensued.

Maheka Marama: Solar Twilight born to a Lookshy Gen, discarded and pushing way too far and too fast to buy her families love with wonders while plagued by throwback to a diehard cauldronist. Believes Immaculate propaganda and views herself as a monster trying to do good before she must be put down.

The Mortician of the lost graves at the root of the world: A kindly old man and master necromancer Abyssal Daybreak with a cadre of powerful ghosts he empowers as he grows his necromantic might inside his dark necropolis underground. Wants nothing but to be left in peace.
Bonus question: Disgraced Sijan Mortician for marrying a ghost he was to keep the tomb of and settled with her in a small city state to tend their cemetery with his ghost friends.

Captain Yuri Kochiyama: A Gunzosha from the first age awoken in the age of sorrows and recently granted a solar dawn exaltation, attempting to make the world a safe place for humanity to live in peace. Knows he does not fit in this time and seeks a good place to die. Rides a Simhata born of the god of Simhata's

Sleet of Bloody Fingers: Dusk Abyssal attempting to free herself from her deathlord master by being servant to any, making a name for themselves as something akin to a god of death by killing anyone for anyones request, works for everyone and attempts to be viewed as a mindless weapon so they may find their path to freedom.

Yes, her homeland of Baran has a caste system where one's blood (ancestry, overall health and literal blood) determines your role. The horse caste are the military and she's kind of failed to live up to her family's expectations which is part of why her life has been this struggle to find her own way.

The OOC story is that the artist thought the armour was looking a little plain so I went with an actual words as a linguistic bonus that I can use to explain more about the character rather than random symbols that could have embarassing meanings and conotations I wasn't prepared for.

Broken Faith Demagogue - Once an overindulged, pampered Dynast, when he failed to Exalt, he was made an offer by darker powers. Now he revels in his newfound abilities, acting selfishly and cruelly for the sake of selfishness and cruelty. In his first adventure, he tricked a Varangian merchant into helping him financially, stole that man's daughter, forced her to marry him, impregnated her with a probable half-demon child, and abandoned her on the Blessed Isle to the tender mercies of the Wyld Hunt. He wields Onyx Whisper, a vitriol-tainted Plasma Tongue Repeater, and he frequently horrifies the demon living in his head with his personal atrocities.

Salzan of Salambrimga, the Artificer, Devil-Forgemaster, and Maker of the Black Anvil. He was already one of Creation's top weaponsmiths before he Exalted. He gained patronage under a Death Lord (unknowingly) and learned some Occult knowledge, making his first artifact. Then he was apprenticed to Alveua and made his own version of her Forge of Night, his sorcery focus and craft assisting artifact called the Black Anvil. Now a Sorcerer and a Master Craftsman he sets off to master both and perfect his "inner universe" one flawless masterpiece at a time. His specialty is forging demons and elementals into artifacts.

Aristocratic by inclination and prone to the black moods of an artist, he frequently blows a king's ransom on gambling and wanton luxury until inspiration strikes him. His Neomah servants handle all of his non-crafting affairs and he prefers to travel by palanquin or in a stagecoach, even though he is perfectly capable of riding an Agata at any time. He finds blood apes to be too brutish to keep around unless he expects trouble or is traveling. He considers (first circle) demons to be Things and not Beings and spend their lives with cavalier disdain, save for a few of his Neomah which he has a slight preference for. He frequently uses Corrupted Brass and has an intense reaction to people who disapprove of using "Malfean Resources" as he calls them.

Wanasaan Sora, the Black Rain Huntress: a Water Aspect monster hunter, occult investigator, barely functioning alcoholic and Maker of Bad Decisions. Generally unkempt and often smelly. Spends an inordinate amount of time beating herself up over past decisions when she remembers them; tries to remain drunk enough that she doesn't. (This rarely works; when she's not sorry for herself about things she has done, she's sorry for herself about being so controlled by her regrets that she allowed so much of herself to slip into oblivion.) Occasionally manages to rise above her pettiness and do the right thing, much to her surprise.

Her backstory involves a nasty family split, kinslaying, and causing a regional crisis by zombie apocalypse over really stupid reasons, but it's not like she remembers most of it. This may have something to do with her three decades of heavy drinking or the strange, pale scars criss-crossing her body. Possibly both.

She also possesses the best worst Intimacy I ever came up with ("Unless people are literally dying or some supernatural shit is afoot, my self-pity is probably more important than whatever business you have", Principle, Major).

Odoni the Thriceborn : A travelling physician and a middling sorcerer, he lives off the offerings of those he helps along the way. Barefoot and bushy-haired, he is never seen without his satchel, full of herbs, healing salves and strange-looking tools. His quiet and peaceful demeanor, along with his tendency to save people from otherwise fatal illnesses, has attracted a fledging cult to his sides, and he leads them mostly by example.

Those who find themselves opposing the young Zenith sometimes (often?) find their loved ones and followers afflicted with strange curses or terrible infections, but he is willing to treat even his ennemies without exhorting anything from them.

The old priest-queen of Oar-zan tried to put him to death for disturbing the peace, but found out too late that the captain of her guards owed his daugther's life to the Thriceborn, and that her subjects remembered him fondly for lifting a curse that afflicted their crops. There is a new priest-queen in Oar-zan.

The last exalt I had the occasion to play. He was a blast, and somehow terrifying without once ever having to drop his caregiving attitude or raising his voice.

Orchid Spearshatter, bonus question first: A runaway monk who absconded with sutras of heretical kung-fu, she now pursues allies to help her build a new temple to Kiragaru, God of Killing at a Distance. Has transcribed more scrolls than she has had honest heart-to-heart conversations, by an order of magnitude, and it shows. On the side, she's collecting sparring partners and eventually hopes to found a martial society in their little corner of the Hundred Kingdoms. Generally has the best of intentions, but straightforward to a fault. Supernal Thrown Dawn, but often referred to as a fake-Night-Caste by people on her shit list.
