Mainly the ethical ones. Which are tremendous. But also while a Neomah explicitly only requires a day to create a human or human-like child, the degree to which their new creations can be passed on to the slave market in their current state (likely neither mentally or physically developed much past a toddler) is questionable.

Aleuva probably does not often create artifacts--those who offer themselves up to her are rarely worthy of being made into something so great--although some of her works are likely potent enough to serve as a a core or component for one. However, on rare occasion a genuine hero sees no way for them to achieve their goal on their own, and bow their head and bear their breast to her hammer. Much as her more mundane projects can take many forms, so too can the wonders she shapes. Such masterpieces do not incorporate the Five Magical Materials, and their evocations take shape according to the will of the people that they were rather than according to a material theme. They are broadly neither resonant nor dissonant with any Exalted--their Evocations do not include those keywords--although the occasional legend-upon-legends may differ.
