Ex Qualities - Quick and easy abilities for NPC's

I got bored over the course of the day and made a bunch of Qualities for Ex3. Based off the Qualities from Essence, they are quick, easy, and useful abilities to give to NPC’s. Whenever they’re a mortal guard or a minion of the Everything Ending Terror, there should be something useful here.
