    Lightning Covers the Cloudless Sky
    Dragon-Blooded Thrown

    An unexpected storm can sweep away the largest caravan in moments. The Children of Mela are no less dangerous. This charm supplements a Thrown attack, allowing it to strike multiple targets at once. The projectile can strike a number of foes up to the Dragon-Blooded's Essence, but can only target unaware characters.

      The deathknight draws out the voice of one dearly departed to echo in the shadow of her speech. An eligible voice must have an owner the Abyssal knows to be dead and it must be a voice the Abyssal has heard before (whether before or after its owner's death). Any old voice produces an unnerving effect in the deathknight's delivery for <some small bonus> on a roll, but especially relevant voices can move hearts and shake souls. The bonus becomes <something more> if the voice's owner is relevant to the subject matter, one addressed has an Intimacy related to the voice's owner (one bonus per degree of Intimacy), or the Abyssal speaks meaningful words once spoken by the voice's owner. These bonuses stack.

        Sparrow Defies Heaven Meditation

        Sidereal - Awareness

        The Sidereal folds a prayer strip into a small paper bird. Written on the prayer strip is the name of the god or elemental this charm will target. Sitting calmly the Sidreals rythmic breathing matches the fluttering of the birds wings as it takes to the air, and seeks out its target passing unoticed into even the most closely guarded divine sanctums. While the Sidereal maintains their meditation they see as if through the eyes of the bird, gaining insight to the spirits movements and action in their most private sanctum.

              For the chosen of the Dark Mother attachment to their bodies is at best fleeting, their flesh is a sculpture to be carved and shaped to fit their needs. Upon activating this charm the Liminal focuses upon a limb, or other discreet part of their body and decrees that it is no longer part of them. The body part falls away causing no trauma to the Liminal and leaving a gap receptive to graft and transplantation. The liminal may add (Wits+Resistance) dice to any roll to replace the limb so long as they leave the motes spent on this charm committed.

                Solar Bureaucracy

                Sometimes, a contract is not enough; and sometimes, signing it personally would mean exposing oneself too much. A solar can augment any successful contract, deal or bargain with this charm, such that the other party feels compelled to repeat this bargain again with someone other than the Solar, a number of times equal to the Solar's Bureaucracy. Once the target does so, the effect is copied onto any participants of that bargain, and the process begins anew a number of times equal to the Solar's essence, though the Solar can release commitment at any time and end the charm's cascading effect. When running it's full course, the maximum number of such deals is equal to [Bureaucracy ^ Essence].

                Any and all deals/bargains/contracts sealed this way bear some mark of the Solar (or are known to have been made by the Solar or in the Solar's name in case of verbal contracts) such that the solar can prove without the shadow of a doubt that the deal is officially in his name (any signature or seal made on the contract is exactly the Solar's, for example).

                A little-known feature of this charm is that it allows Eclipse-castes to Seal every such deal as though they had personally made it, though they must spend motes for their Anima Power every time.

                Legends tell of one Eclipse Caste buying up the nigh entirety of Nexus' opium supply using a single piece of gold, and collecting all the merchandise he legally owned a day later.

                  When invoked, the Dragonblood reaches out and plunges her anima into a body of water of sufficient size to qualify as a terrain feature. The water swells and suffuses the area around the dragonblood. As long as the charm is maintained, the Exalt leaves behind a trail of water drawn from the connected body of water with every motion. As he strides forward, he leaves behind a column of water tracing out his every motion, as she strikes a torrent of water slams into the target along with her punches. Each dragonblooded special character in the mass combat unit adds +1 to the users effective essence, or +2 if they possess the charm themselves, to a maximum total of magnitude Essence. In addition to the damage bonus extending to the entire unit, the Storyteller is well advised to consider the effects of that much water on a battlefield: A high magnitude unit under the effects of this charm could enable ships to sail behind them or to flood lower lying areas. Conversely, the dragonblood is advised to equip his troops to fight in a watery enviornment: While his troops suffer no ill effects from the water they produce on a given tick, water produced in past ticks affects them normally.

                  Special: In order to use this charm, the Dragonblood must not suffer a surcharge on Water Aspect charms, either naturally, via mastering Water Dragon Style, or through the appropriate Transcendent Gaian Harmony.

                        When a Lunar consumes the heartsblood of a creature more than just the form of the creature becomes part of the Lunar's being, fragments of that creatures intimacies remain as well.                             This charm permanently enhances Element Weaving Style such that her works become so poignant and compelling that Creation itself longs to change itself to better appeal to the Raksha. Whenever the Raksha works on a project using Element Weaving Style, including working on Elementals, she may add 5 to her target number and 1 to her difficulty to change that element (or that elemental) into any of the Elements the Raksha currently Assumes.

                            For example, the raksha assuming Steel and Fire could craft a flame into a steel rapier, or a hachet into an inferno. Likewise, that raksha could craft an Earth elemental into a Fire elemental for the duration of the charm.

Elements that stay within the work's vicinity long enough start going through the same transformations - candle flames might slowly turn to steel, all the swords in the village might spontaneously combust. This also applies to Elementals with an Essence score lower than the Raksha's.
