An-Teng is pretty much Vietnam or Thailand. Lot of parallels to that region's historical subservience to China.
"The average citizen of the Realm has white skin, black hair,* and brown eyes. Full lips and strong noses are typical, and most men and women stand nearly six feet tall when full-grown. Builds are generally slim, but men tend to develop a paunch later in life. Bear in mind, however, that the Realm is a conquering empire. Many of its inhabitants - even members of the Scarlet Dynasty - show signs of alien blood from foreign concubines." - Exalted 1E Core Book.

My spear and shield warrior is a tall (6-foot) woman with the well-developed musculature of a sprinter. Her skin is dark olive; eyes are brown. Her black, curly hair falls to the middle of her back and she wears it in loose braids. She has an oval face and classic greek nose.

She walks barefoot, but otherwise wears the blue/black linothorax and bronze greaves of a hoplite. Her wooden aspis has the design of a squid on it.

If you want to try a Person of the Sea - I mean, they're kind of like an ethnic group, I can offer up my Midnight Caste.

Final Breath of the Forgotten Depths:
A short man with red eyes, blue and green scales covering his body. His hair is dark purple and is typically styled as a short mohawk.
He usually wears a white robe, alongside aspects of the traditional funerary garb of his people; made predominantly coral, whalebone and pearls. Breath keeps a Soulsteel dagger with a red jewel set in its hilt on his person at all times.

Tiger of Lustrous Jade is a Lookshy Air Aspected Terrestial of minor Gens, meaning he has the typical athletic/lean version of a River Province native's build except that is skin is faintly tinged blue. Tiger started out as an educated and affected intellectual (before several rude awakenings) with a wise maxim/old proverb for all occasions, so draw him rolling his black eyes, in humor or disdain, with his chief affectation: a fan open and in use. Actually, only people who had seen Tiger use his pair of Heavenly Thunder Leaves knew why he 'carried a spare', everybody else thought him very affected.

The Leaves depict the story of the Terrestial Billowing Reed who was abducted and eventually escaped a Lunar. Tiger usually used the Billowing Reed fan, showing a female Exalt against a variety of namesake plants. Tiger only used the other one with the hideous Lunar and ugly beastmen to indicate when he was quite put out.

Oh goodness. Well, I don't know if this is what you're looking for but I'd love to see my pet Dragon-Blood in Jen-style cutesiness. (For ethnic groups... well, Exalted is pretty obsessed with redheads but it doesn't seem to have many blondes; that counts, right? And she's a knight, maybe there aren't a lot of those in other requests) Physical description was...

Standing at a formidable six feet, the Calanthe has the feel of a warrior in her every step. Her movements are powerful, lean muscle ready to snap into position at the slightest movement. With windswept flaxen hair, a ready smile and a thirst for adventure, the passion that drives this free-lance is easy to see, although it is perhaps somewhat obscured by the simple cloth blindfold over her eyes - an accident in meditation upon her Essence has left her blinded.

The steel and silver plates that armor her move as easily as clothing, and a seal of jade mandalas adorns her left pauldron. She carries an immense blade of blue and white jade interwoven in a pattern that looks like the sword contains a flame as fierce as it's wielder's. A fine cloak of royal red is draped around her shoulders, and never seems to get dirty no matter what she happens to be wading through.

Oooh, I wanna get in on the fun too; Rajmael, The Palimpsest Upon Gold is my Twilight Caste.

He is ethnically Southern, but raised on the Blessed Isle in a library. He has long, russet-red hair that frames his face completely. His face is smooth and without facial hair, and his features are fine-boned and thin, with bronze-gold eyes underneath arch brows. He isn't quite "darker skin-tone" as much as he is tanned bronze, a thin, lithe body and a face that smiles easily.

He prefers to wear red clothing, and himself makes use of exotic bird motifs. I never have decided if he is from the South, where specifically he'd be from,

Damn, I wish I'd got here earlier, you're swamped with stuff now.

I think my character might be the kind of thing you're looking for, he looks Han Chinese and I don't mind if your picture isn't exactly how I picture him.

Wu Lin Xiao (that's the Chinese name for the Great Grey Owl, his totem) is a casteless Lunar sorcerer (so no tats).
He looks like a Chinese (ie Han) sage, essentially, and normally wears grey Confucian-esque robes, but these can and do vary. He has a long grey beard, like a stereotypical Chinese kung-fu master.
He sometimes carries a long wooden staff, intricately carved with the various animals he can take the form of (but they're probably too detailed to see from a distance, so if you want to give him a staff, it can just be plain).

With all the other people that have presented characters, I rather expect your plate is already overfull, but here's one more option to consider!

Ledaal Shantil is a Wood-Aspected Dragon-Blood. She's slightly short for a native of the Blessed Isle, closer to 5'8" than six feet, with a slim to average build. Her skin is light brown, her hair a very dark brown with green highlights that falls just below her shoulders and is usually worn either loose or pulled back in a pony-tail to keep it out of the way while she works. As far as that work goes, she's a specialist in medicine and bio-magical research (Dr. Frankenstein, eat your heart out!) She favors utility over adornment in terms of her clothing -- if it weren't a matter of social necessity, she'd likely never take off her lab coat and work clothes. The one apparent exception is actually an artifact -- when in use, it's a powerbow made of vines, when not needed for combat the vines wrap around her left arm like living jewelry.

A Serenity that doesn't have blue eyes ? Since he's an Ice-walker I decide to give him Tibetan cloth, I maaaay have gone a little overbroad with the cloth's design, the background and the noise......

Dang, this took longer than I thought, I wonder if people like cloth and accessories with patterns on them or not.

Whelp, I'm late to the party so I doubt my abyssal will get to be adorable but here I go: Bloodless Totality of Obsidian is a Dusk caste 6'4 Mountain of a man who's heavily muscular (about panther level) wearing thick blackish-brown leather with the skeleton of a bear on the outside and an eye-patch over his left eye, black hair that goes down to his shoulders 9'o clock shadow and surprisingly tan for an Abyssal. His boots and gauntlets are made of soul steel and while he doesn't like to talk he has a very expressive face like a cat and pouts more than you'd think.
I figured I could give you an excuse to use darker colors if you get to me. Feel free to make him the straight man in something adorable happening as well.

That is awesome! I love it. :-D

Yes, I forgot about the eye color thing when I wrote the original description. I decided to just go with the original Grey.

Thank you so very much. :-)

Strange, I don't think any of the ancient Thailand's kingdoms has ever been conquered by either the Han or the Manchu Dynasties.

That's a bit intriguing to me. Whenever I offer to make some sketches, most character descriptions have dark skin. Either it's just a strange coincidence, or there is some strange frecuency dependent phenomena discernable here. Whatever the reason it's interesting.
