Highschool of the Dead. They're mostly hunters... mostly. For some reason, I want to say that Takashi is a wolf among the sheep, if you will. Or perhaps a tiger or crow. If not, a Judge that managed to get a few Wayward powers.

Hisashi: Visionary. But not so gifted with foresight, more of the leader type you would expect. Fails to foresee that not carrying a weapon when you are amidst a bunch of zombies and relying on hand to hand combat expertise is a bad idea, but perhaps as one of the Balancers, he might develop Cleave to justify it and last longer?

Rei: Defender. Fits with her upbringing by a pair of police.

Saya: Visionary, focuses on long-term planning and foresight. Her parents are Hunter's Hunted-style hunters.

Kouta: Avenger. Has an Edge that works with guns.

Saeko: Martyr. Feels that she is just as bad as the monsters she fights.

Shizuka: Redeemer. She uses Bluster by screaming in a panic.

Alice: Innocent. Zeke is her familiar, as per the Hermit book.

Shidou: Wayward. The students left on the bus are his orgiastic cult survivalist followers, but none are more than Bystanders, if that.

Rika: non-Imbued hunter, along with her spotter.

I've recently started watching the anime Ghost Hunt, pretty good series so far. Definitely Orpheus material, minus the actual projection and throw in some more of the psychic powers and Medium aspects.

Homo sapiens. What an inventive, invincible species. It's only a few million years since they crawled up out of the mud and learned to walk. Puny, defenceless bipeds. They've survived flood, famine and plague. They've survived cosmic wars and holocausts. And now, here they are, out among the stars, waiting to begin a new life. Ready to outsit eternity. They're indomitable. Indomitable.

Honestly they've been done to death on these forums and I strongly agree with previous comments about them being normal mortal hunters with some knowledge of Sorcery rather than the Imbued.

While a friend of mine and I were reading The Mr. Welsch list and one popped in my head, "If my Malkavian is short, has soul patch and a t-shirt with the words, "Jerk" on it, the ST has the right to kill him off." In case you don't know, it's the main character from the series, "Dan Vs". Of course, he derangement would be paranoia and his cat, Mr. Mumbles", would be ghouled.

You can't really just start throwing out random fictional characters, there needs to be at least some kind of loose connect between, similar idea/concept between the two universes. You could make Walter White anything in the WoD, a normal mortal criminal to [Insert CWoD Splat Here]. In VtM he could be a Giovanni because of his connections to organized crime or perhaps a Settite because of the drugs he produces. In MtAs he could be a member of the Syndicate or the Cult of Ecstasy for the same reason as well as member of the OoH or the NWO's Ivory Tower because of his academic background. You could also have dying Walter's body possessed by a Fallen or you have him as a wraith after the end of the series. Or you could even radically change things have him instead of turning drug manufacturing get recruited by the Orpheus Group, he wouldn't be the first agent dying of cancer.

As for Dexter Morgan maybe though if there's one thing he would be in any WoD, he would be a Slasher from the NWoD albeit one who preyed on other Slashers.

I've sometimes amused myself with the thought of Angus McGyver being a mage with heavy reliance on props and fate related rotes... Considering his phenomenal success in creating working stuff from almost anything available no matter how ad hoc and they nearly always work just as planned.

Dean and Bobby non-Imbued (pretty much every Hunter is non-Imbued), Sam is hard. His first Creed would be Avenger (ala Son of Azazael), his second would be a hybrid of Visionary and Hermit (the prophet trials).

Edit: Dexter would be a Gorehound (CWoD Slasher).

Gorehounds utterly lack the sophistication and capability to operate functionally that Dexter shows, since they keep organs lying around sloppily and, well, just read that letter from the Book of the Wyrm 2nd edition. Not exactly a suave, calculating blood-spatter specialist, there. I think that he'd probably be better utilized as an example of not-nice Ceilican. The Night Priyo even names serial killer as one of the types of people that it encompasses. Alternately, a Hatar. Also makes a convenient way for him to capitalize on exsanguinating his victims. Slurp, slurp.

I know there was an Al Bundy-eske character in Freak Legions, but I could see him as a Wraith (given all his regrets and such). Peg could also work, but she'd be a Heretic since it would require less work and following the one belief (forgot it's name) based on gambling and luck.
