    Please leave your errata here.

Note this is specifically for errata -- typos, misspellings, incorrect math, text cut off by images, etc. If you're looking to discuss how you would subjectively have done some content differently, please start a different thread, as that does not belong here. Remember to include page references.

    P. 5 "Arcadian sidhe are recent arrivals, and are supsceptible to Banality, and are supscetible to Banality..."

Part of sentence repeats. Remove one of the "and are supsceptible to Banality".

(wow is literally no one else reading this thing? right then)

        p.17

        "Anessa - Selkie, Unseelie"

This I'm admittedly unsure of since I know CtD20 emphasizes that exchange and interaction between Seelie and Unseelie is a lot more common now, but given how the Cresthaven Court is explicitly supposed to be Seelie, it seems a bit off to have a prominent NPC of this court be Unseelie. If so, change to Seelie.

Initiative mechanic is different from core CtD20 and im not sure if its on purpose.

          Jumpstart says roll dex+wits

C20 says roll a dice its num + your wits + dex

            p. 36 - William Ashe: Seeming - Grump

            p. 39 - Cid Steelskin: Seeming - Wilder

Also a bit of a tricky one, but: the character write-ups for William and Cid don't match up with their Seemings.

For instance, Cid is described as being as being not just the eldest, but also the most mature. That he's settled in his profession as a handyman and not as keen at going out on wild adventures anymore. William, conversely, does still enjoy traveling around and going on adventures. That he is happy to "follow murmurs that fascinate him from location to location and keeping her flights of fancy in check". And that he has no issue following his impulses of curiosity just to see what's around the corner. Sounds a lot like something a Wilder would do.

So switch their Seemings. William should be a Wilder, and Cid should be a Grump.

            Additionally on this page...

            p. 39 - Name: "Cid Steelksin"

            Misspelled. Should be "Cid Steelskin".

              p. 11

-In the table that lists the various cantrip modifiers, the "Using Scene Realm" entry has its' modifier listed in the same column as the modifier name. So the name and the modifier should be in separate columns.

              p. 30, 33, 36, 39, 42

-Might be reaching a bit much, but the character sheets still list the Nightmare Trait, even though in this Jumpstart, the Nightmare dice mechanic is not to meant to be used at all.

-All the characters have Holdings 5 and Retinue 5, and these Backgrounds have an * next to them. I presume there's a note that explains the special reason to why all the characters have these Backgrounds, but thus far I'm unable to find it. Otherwise, the two Backgrounds break the 5 point limit granted to starting characters when picking Backgrounds.

              p. 30 Erissa Brightwood character sheet

-Erissa's Kith is listed as Sidhe. However she is specifically an Autumn Sidhe specifically, not just Sidhe.

-Erissa has only 11 points assigned to Knowledges. She still has 2 unspent points.

Are these shared backgrounds between characters?

Admittedly, I would not be surprised if that was the case. And reading through it again I did find out that it does mention "pooled Retinue" in the "The Locals" section (p. 27)...

...that said, there's nothing that says the same thing for the Holdings background. And the * that usually indicates some kind of footnote that explains it. But there is nothing of the sort for any of the character sheets.

                    Moving on...

                    p.33 Errant Sharely character sheet

                    -Has too many Ability dots.

Per the Freebie point chart, the extra Ability dots cost 16 freebie points total. And since these character sheets do not have any Merits or Flaws, there's no reason why Errant has 1 point more then the maximum amount of Freebie points given to starting characters. Combined with the points expenditure of 2 dots of Arts (10 points) and 1 dot of Willpower (2 points) this would bring the grand total of Freebie points spend to be 28 points.

Reduce amount of Ability dots gained to be more in line with the proper Freebie point expenditure (which may also impact Specialties), with particular attention in the Skills and Knowledges category.

The amount of points pooled to give to the Backgrounds Holdings and Retinue is off. Totaling each of the characters' unspent Background points (Erissa: 3 points, Errant: 1 points, William: 2 points, Cid: 1 point, and Lily: 2 points), and it comes out to 9 points instead of 10.

Either dock off 1 point from one of the characters' Backgrounds or reduce Holdings or Retinue by 1 point.
