In Cults of the Blood Gods I recall there being a merit where essentially you are a wraith possessing a kindred body.

I can't seem to find it. Was that in the initial text, but was removed from the final version?

Page 224, it's specifically a Loresheet Advantage for a Hecata descended from the Harbingers of Ashur.

I dunno if that Merit was in Cults of the Blood Gods or not, but it was in Lore of the Bloodlines.
