Purely theorical question: what happens if a Ghoul is fed the heartsblood made by sorcery of Quietus?
Some sadistically curious vampire may have tried that.

Probably it wouldn't yield consistent, predictable results. But a number of things could happen.

1 - Nothing. It does nothing for the Ghoul whatsoever, not even count as Vitae;

2 - Count as Vitae, maybe as more than one point if the victim was of low Generation. This could potentially let the Ghoul have a bigger-than-normal pool of Vitae without drawback, or could be straight-up equivalent to gorging on too much Vitae;

3 - Instant Embrace. The Ghoul becomes a vampire as if Embraced by the victim, maybe already starting with some of the Discipline dots the victim had;

4 - Vampiric resurrection. The Ghoul becomes a vampire of same Clan and Generation as the victim, and most of their powers and skills while the personality either becomes an amalgam or is completely overtaken by the victim;

5 - Weird resurrection. Almost identical to above, except that the result isn't a Vampire, but a living Ghoul or Revenant;

6 - The Ghoul becomes a Revenant, maybe with access to higher level Disciplines depending on the victim's Generation;

7 - Second Life. It does nothing at first, but when the Ghoul dies it kicks in and instant-Embraces them;

8 - Purgative. It turns the Ghoul into a normal human again, expels any Vitae still in their system and cures them of Blood Addiction and Blood Bonds;

9 - Other transformations. The Ghoul becomes a Dhampyr, or Awakens, or turns into a Fomor, or absorbs some spiritual energy and turns into a Werewolf or a Changeling, or simply dies and becomes a Wraith immediately;

10 - Your Ghoul learns the deceased Disciplines. Or turns temporarily able to learn as if they were a Ghoul of a lower Generation vampire. Or acquires the benefits of an older Ghoul. Or just dies horribly.
