Hey, allow me to open up by explaining that Onyx Path Publishing publishes 5th Edition books and doesn't appreciate you coming in to shit talk their product.

Hunger dice. I love the Messy Crit/Bestial Failure system. I like the general simplicity of the system. That's about it, really. I've completely ignored the changes to the meta, and use homebrew to restore the Sabbat to a playable faction.
