    18) An insanely powerful neonate shows up in the domain with just a basic understanding of Kindred society. What is truly amazing is that analysis of his blood shows him to be 2nd gen! has Cain (or whoever) truly decided to embrace again? or is something shady going on here?

Despite the user name I am actually bigender.

      19) The coterie needs a certain something badly (a favor, a rare item, etc.), and they just happen to find someone willing to give it to them. Except this mortal is more knowledgeable about the Kindred than they should be. Knowledgeable enough to know exactly what they want in return: vampirism. They won't budge on this price, and the coterie doesn't have the option of taking what they want. Will they risk gaining the ire of the Prince for an unsanctioned Embrace? And can they trust the mortal to keep their end of the bargain after they get what they want?

        20) CCTV footage shows poncho wearing individuals standing near several of the cities elysium's, more alarming they are also spotted in close proximity to arriving primogen whom seem to not notice them. No one can recall seeing the individuals, harmless prank or something far more sinister?

          Speaking of possible Malkavian shenanigans...

          21) The city has a sizable Malkavian population, so everyone is used to pranks and general nonsense. One night, the Malkavian Primogen hosts Elysium at a community theater building. A bunch of the Malks and assorted Ghouls put on a farcical play for the benefit of the court. Such shows are diverting and occasionally refreshing, so many Kindred go along with it. At a certain point, during a particularly bizarre scene involving a fight over a stuffed ostrich (it's unclear if, in-play, the ostrich is meant to be stuffed or alive; the fact that it sometimes has moved on its own across the stage doesn't help matters), a Tremere elder starts (subtly) freaking the fuck out, and quietly excuses himself. He tried to play it cool, but observant audience members knew the sequence got to him.

On subsequent Elysiums, the Tremere elder is notably absent. This fact is hardly surprising - the Warlocks have a habit of retreating from society, so they can study their old books - so it doesn't elicit too much attention. But the isolation grows longer and longer, causing some to grow concerned. Eventually, a Tremere neonate is cornered and "persuaded" to spill at least something: the elder has holed up in his private sanctum and refuses to leave, demanding the younger clan mates to bring him regular vessels.

Finally, after a month or two, a Malkavian is reduced to ash, suddenly and violently, with no obvious cause. Then, a second one perishes. Both were connected to that play.

There's little question that the elder is responsible. As the Sheriff goes to the Tremere chantry, demanding to see the elder, a more pressing question is raised: why? What did the elder see in that performance? What do the Malkavians know?

            22) A number of the local Ventrues' vessels have contracted a strange new disease that is transferred via blood and is fatal to Vampires. (It causes the brain to deteriorate until even the most basic functions are shut down.) Now it's up to the PCs to find out who is secretly injecting the vessels with this disease and try to keep any of the sick ones from doing something stupid (like break the Masquerade) due to their rapidly-growing dementia.

              18) The players group has been gifted (or punished with) a particular area of the city as Domain. This area is economically depressed, with a multitude of low-income housing and not a lot to do. It's up to the characters to make the area suitable for themselves, whatever that happens to mean to them. Only minor problem is this: a powerful Setite has set up a temple in the area, posing as a local community center. The Setite controls the local drug trade, operates a small underground blood sports arena below the community center, and is a generally tough hombre. If you want to spice things up, the Setite has a relationship with a pack of Sabbat nomads, supplying him/her with drugs, guns, and occasionally people. Why did the Prince put the group there? Are they a sacrifice to the Setite to ensure an alliance? Or does he actually expect a group of neonates to evict a powerful Follower of Set and his thralls?

                19) Remember how there was that random encounter in the first edition Chicago by Night where there's a strange billboard of a sunset that brings forth feelings of wanting to commit suicide upon Vampires that look at it (via sunlight)? Let's just say, it has some mystical properties created by a cabal of Mages/Technocrats that want to get rid of as many Vampires as possible.

An absent-minded Autarkis neonate schedules a date with the Camarila and Sabbat to see which one he wants to join, but he schedules it for the same night at the same restaurant!

Can he keep them at tables on opposite ends of the restaurant and keep running back and forth between tables making excuses to each group before they find out whats amiss and turn the entire place into a smoldering rubble heap?

And once again, we got the numbering set back. Can we please keep track of which item we're on? Please?

                    26) A Setite drug lord just lost a great number of his customers to a tainted shipment of cocaine. Not just tainted, but actively toxic, with ingredients that seem deliberately added. He wants to investigate his supplier, but is distracted from the more pressing matter of police investigation. Turns out when fifty junkies all die at once, the police can't just ignore it. So he's willing to hire other Kindred to look into the matter for him. This whole situation is just not good for business.

                      27. The Camarilla PCs uncover evidence of a three member Sabbat pack scouting the city. They further discover that one of them is a Tzimisce embraced around the same time one of the PCs was a small child. Not so strange, except the Tzimisce's home soil is from that PC's childhood home. And the Tzimisce looks strangely familiar.

                      28. A PC finds she has accidentally switched cellphones with one of the other PC's ghouls. Paging through the history, to figure whose phone it is, she realizes the ghoul has been in regular contact with all of the PCs ghouls, as well as many of the ghouls in the city. There are also calls to high ranking kindred from both the PC's sect and the opposing sect. Then the ghoul who owns the phone vanishes.

                      29. The city is experiencing a massive blizzard. The power is out. Phones won't work. Roads are closed and three foot drifts fill the streets. The PCs have managed to hunker down together in a small utility shed where their car broke down, but it's been three nights and, with burning blood to fight the cold... well, everyone is getting real hungry. Oh, and the weight of snow is threatening to collapse the roof during the day.

                      30. One of the players decides to ghoul an animal. He finds a likely candidate foraging in a dumpster and, through Animalism, discovers that the animal already knows several disciplines and is well trained to serve, though not blood-bound. It was ghouled by another vampire, though details are hazy, given an animal's intellectual limitations. The old domitor was smart, attractive and very kind to the animal. Through empathic visions, the PC becomes deeply intrigued, perhaps even enamoured with the domitor. Does the old domitor still exist? Can they be found? Are these feelings true, or just an unusual Animalism-Presence combo discipline?

                      31. A Nosferatu PC, who has Auspex, is feeding when the vessel turns at the last moment and bites the vampire. An accidental embrace! In the ensuing panic the "Caitiff" escapes. The PC hunts for the fledgling, but cannot find them. When found a few weeks later, the child shows adeptness with Animalism, normal for a Nosferatu, but also Auspex. Okay, no biggie. But, then the fledgling is found sleeping in the dirt of their family's farm and changing their appearance with Vicissitude! Is there something the PC's sire would like to discuss?

                      32. The Malkavian primogen, who has always been among the more stable members of her clan, has suddenly decided to simplify her un-life. She begins giving away her feeding grounds, havens, prized ghouls, large suitcases of cash, and offers to relinquish her seat on the council to a PC. The other Malkavians of the city refuse every offer, but say (ominously) that it's fine if someone does accept. If the PCs accept the gifts, she will be left penniless and homeless. She seems to be serious and quite lucid, but if her mood changes will she blame the PCs for "taking advantage of her weakened state"? Should they hold it in trust until she is more capable of making decisions, or not look a gift horse in the mouth?

                        33. The Prince's childe is instrumental in running the city, a dependable ally of the coterie, and just an all-around nice guy. OTOH, a recent newcomer to the city is surly, disliked, and has several times thwarted the coterie's plans, seemingly out of sheer spite. Last night there was a major masquerade breach when a vampire frenzied in the middle of a busy bus terminal. Video footage is sketchy, both from cctv and cellphones, but there were dozens of eye witnesses. The PCs are put in charge of questioning and Dominating eye witnesses. Most of them describe an assailant that could easily match Mr. Surly, but there are some discrepancies. The Prince hauls Mr. Surly before the court for questioning. The PCs realize, from the evidence they have gathered that the actual perpetrator was the Prince's popular childe! Mr. Surly is scheduled to be executed at dawn. Do they interevene, or just say good riddance?

                        34. Elysium tonight is not to be missed. The Prince is throwing a huge party to celebrate his newest childe completing her agoge. Rumor has it he is feeling generous and will be handing out new feeding grounds, so everyone will be there. The PCs, in the course of an unrelated investigation, stumble across encrypted communications which reveal a Sabbat plan to attack Elysium. A pack, roughly as powerful as the coterie, has been told to be patient in attacking the city, but have decided to countermand orders and launch an immediate attack tonight, without notifying any other Sabbat. (They figure it will be easier to ask forgiveness than permission.) The pack has discovered a series of gas mains join directly under Elysium, and plan an explosion which will consume a dozen city blocks in a massive firestorm. The PCs know where the pack will be when they trigger the explosion. If the PCs allow Elysium to blow, and then manage to destroy the pack, the PCs will rule the city, at the cost of the lives of a thousand humans and every vampire the PCs have ever met. What do they do?

                        35. There's a fashionable commercial district full of galleries, clothing stores, art house cinemas, and restaurants. It's a beautiful summer evening and crowds of mortals stroll the sidewalks or loiter outside the trendy nightclubs. The coterie is cruising in a convertible, the sound system is cranked up, the roof is down, and the speed limit is completely ignored. What bright, young bloodsucker drives that slow on a night like this? Outside a music venue, though, the crowd gets a little too raucous, and a pretty teenaged girl in pink leather stumbles out into traffic. And under your front bumper. Not dead yet, but critically injured. Long story short, there were four cops standing *right there*, and the driver is being held until bail can be set in the morning. The PC is placed in a cell with a very nice southern exposure, actually. Dawn is in three hours.

                          36) A very ancient Vampire has awakened from Torpor in Venezuela. Heartbroken over the state of his home country, he has decided to settle in Caracas and use the discipline, A Perfect World to fix it. Will the PCs help him or stop him? And if they choose the later, they'll come to the surprise that the local Balam population are reluctantly on his side. For almost anything is better that the pain and misery the country is in now.

                              38) There is a rumor of a cloaked figure in town, able to grant any Kindred one day to walk in the sun without fear or pain. He has one price, which he purportedly will not budge on: that the Kindred tell him a Secret. A True Secret, too, for it must be something no one else knows. Would the PCs and relevant NPCs be able to find such a figure? Is his power genuine? And would creatures paranoid by eternal Jyhad be willing to part with Secrets, just to see the sun again?

It doesn't matter if they don't know Obeah or didn't diabolorize a Salubri, it's there. Is this a sign of Gehenna or is Saulot/Caine just messing with them?
