Any breed but Corax and Ratkin is going to look random, and the resulting assemblage, hence, will be random, most likely splitting the chance to breed true evenly among any relevant and still active heritage to determine who becomes what. Corax select who gets connected with a fetish egg, and Ratkin arise from kin who survive the Birthing Plague. Unlike in the above-mentioned story, you don't get to be two or more at once, or fragments of a whole; it's an all or nothing deal.

WtA Rev. covered this, I don't recall if W20 included it.

They have the normal odds of having kid, with very low odds of it being anything but kin, and never a Metis. Even more so with including a Corax since the Corax don't create new Corax via sex (well, directly).

For any shifters that care about honorable mating, Renown penalties are in order.
