How would one get a Balance Triad ?

Is there a book? Or are there opinions on how one would balance the triad again? The wyrm is insane because it is trapped by the Weaver?

It is going to take a huge army to go to THE WEAVER and peel back the webs to free the Wyrm? And then the next step is to give THE WYRM some therapy and hope it doesn't kill everything?

This is an eschatological problem in Werewolf. If it happens, it is only a result of going through the Apocalypse and "winning".

In my own chronicles, I hold the view that the Garou and other Changing Breeds anthropomorphize the Triat without real basis, and all their stories about the Weaver binding the Wyrm and turning it insane is simply a myth without factual basis. It's how they understand the philosophical problem of evil. As such, while it can lead to all sorts of interesting debates and interpersonal conflicts between NPCs and PCs, it's also meaningless.

    1-Make enemies
    2-Kill them
3-Repeat till Triat is Balanced. An eye for an eye might make the whole world blind, but if the whole world's blind that Triat's going to look pretty balanced.
That does not really work. Because all those killings increase rage and suffering and so make the wyrm stronger. If the killing is not targeted at the incarna than it is doing more good then bad.
That is the real dilemma Pentex has created. It made the people so dependant on it, that even if they lose they win. The only way out for it would be a joined alliance with the Syndicate building up an alternative of pentex and then be totally unsyndicate and use your own savings for creating non profit organizations. That will not happen because for this the Syndicate has to agree working with their worst enemies, have to confess to the other conventions, that they funded one of the biggest Nephandi cooperations because they rather wanted the money and the have to say, they can not finance anymore the enlightment war because they have to use their (and with it the technocracies) savings to fund a whole lot of non profit organizations to balance out the damage they created and support with it the reality deviants the whole technocracy would like to see already extinguished.

Nope will not happen unless the Syndicate can first proof, that the NWO has become a plaything of the Nephandi.

Yeah and that is one of the problems. Another incarna can not even really get killed

    It is almost unachievable.

The book Apocalypse (the end of the Revised line) vaguely discusses it, but that's about it.

It's sort of the point: it's too big of a task for anyone to come up with an answer to how to go about it. There's also a significant difference between "healing" the Weaver and Wyrm, and actually achieving balance; technically you don't have to heal them to have balance even if it's a different balance than their original idealized state.

This isn't really a problem the books want to tell you how to solve, because solving it would have to be the capstone of a truly epic chronicle, and no prescribed path is going to be as fulfilling as what you come up with at the table.
