For modern-style "Twenty minutes from now" Exosuits, slightly more advanced that what we have IRL, but are feasible in the future with more refining:
    Dice Modifier: -3
Size: Intended wearer size + 1 (6 for normal people).
    Durability: 2
    Structure: Size + Durability (8)
    Speed: 5
    Availability: 5
Add the exo-suit's Dice Modifier as a positive modifier to dice pools that include Strength.

For future suits more in line with a sort of Iron Man-lite:
    Dice Modifier: +1
Size: Size of intended wearer (assume 5)
Durability: 5 (Assuming a reinforced, lightweight substance superior to Steel)
    Structure: 12
    Speed: 15
    Availability: 6 (That is intentional)
Add the suit's Size to the user's Strength-based rolls, as well as to non-Driving Dexterity rolls. An additional modification to give the suit flight capability at normal Speed exists, with its own Availablity of 5, Durability 1, Size 2 and Structure 2.

For straight-up Iron Man Mrk 40-something forward:

    Dice Modifier: +4
    Size: Wearer's size, folds/disassembles to Size 2.
    Durability: 10
    Structure: 20
Speed: 35 (Long-distance flight can have a Speed rating of 350, but must slow down to maneuver)
    Availability: (Mocking Laughter)
Includes flight at Speed, as well as built-in weapons. It also has a Charge rating of 10. Basically, spend a point of Charge, and you can use its weapons.
    Repulsor x2: +2L damage, Range 200/400/800, Initiative +0, 1 Charge per 5 shots.
    Uni-Beam: +2A damage, Range 50/100/200, Initiative -5, 2 Charge per shot.
Laser what kill all the robots: +3A, Range 10/25/50, Initiative -1, 3 Charge per shot, Armor Piercing 5, Overpenetration (If the attack roll exceeds the target's Defense and there's anything behind it, it also gets hit, and if the original attack roll exceeds their defense, it continues, adding on range penalties as it continues further, and stopping at the maximum range.)

Numerous additional modules and variants exist, all with an Availability of "Continued mocking laughter."
Now spec them as Wonders. ☺

Malkydel: "And the Machine dictated; let there be adequate illumination."
Yossarian: "And lo, it was optimal."

I would work then as vehicle's, where each arm, leg, and the front and back of the torso had different structure/durability totals. They would utilize either a dice bonus to an attribute on specific skills, utilize it's own attribute, or provide auto-success on certain roles.

Depends on the level of complexity you're willing to run. Honestly, if you want to simulate separate limbs, then the Arm/Leg Wrack rules should probably be sufficient for exosuits as they are for people.

I'd make it a suit of full body armor and use dread powers as a base for any special abilities they has.
