  • On Contagion and the Perception There-of by Hunters

BTB, the effects of Contagion cannot be perceived by mortals without a supernatural template. That being the case, how do Hunters fit into the system? I can't imagine any Hunter doing serious actions on a monster's say so. One could argue that having an Endowment is a reasonable excuse, but then where does that leave Tier 1 and 2 characters?

If this is to do with that bit in the introduction, I think you're overreading it.

"It affects every creature capable of perceiving and interacting with the supernatural" by definition includes hunters; just because some aspects of the supernatural are inaccessible to hunters doesn't mean they don't interact with it, else the vast majority of monsters would be completely blind to the Contagion as well.
