I think "Gain exceptional success at 3 successes" should be a keyword.

It is used so often. Almost every supernatural has one. We already have keywords like "Rote Action", so why not make it one?

In a previous discussion, a shorthand of "Exceptional X" was used to accomplish this. Though I doubt we'll see it in the books until we get a new edition.
