Mythical Inspiration for Inguma and Talassii

What would be a mythological example of the horror of an Inguma and Talassii for each of the following hungers, Hoard, Power, Prey, Punishment, and Ruin?

He's from the series Hunter x Hunter, it's an anime.

He belongs to a species known as Chimera Ants, so called because they absorb the genetic traits of whatever life forms they eat, and pass those traits on to their offspring. At some point, they manage to consume human meat, thus allowing them to evolve into a far more intelligent species.

Despite the fact that Meruem is their king, he makes it explicitly clear that he has almost zero regard for the well being of his fellow Chimera Ants. He's driven purely by his own self interest, and does not hesitate to execute anybody for even the most minor offenses. This personality terrifies his fellow ants, since their evolutionary process has conditioned them to put the good of the colony ahead of their own self interests.

    Meruem is Born.

    He's also Eshmaki AF.

What about Ant King Meruem for an Inguma Predator?

For Inguma predators, though, vampires and werewolves work well.

Have you heard about The Child Catcher?

Edit: Then again, I guess he'd be more of a Talassi, wouldn't he?

Well, Dracula is a pretty good start for an Inguma Tyrant.
