whats the maximum number of individuals who can participate in a single pledge? example; I'm planning on having my CofD setting to have a strong alliance between changeling and vampire communities where part of it acts like a mass ensorcelment for all the vampires.

Well, there's no ensorcelment rules. If its anything like last time, it'd be one permanent glamour per participant. I think that's the only requirement at this point. You'd probably need to initate everyone individually into said pledge, but theoretically doable.

The Toronto Freehold document does not actually tell me what specific Goblin Vow each court has. Does any one know? Like, does the Brass Court have Goblin Vow (Sacred Ground) or even Goblin Vow (Faith)?

And any word on whether the Seasonal Courts now get the appropriate Goblin Vow Merit at Mantle 2 in 2ND edition?

I'm pretty sure goblin vow at 2 dots is universal.

We know Honshu courts have Begging Bowl (Skeptism), Fire Rats (Rebellion), Dragon's Jewel (Tradition) for goblin vows, so perhaps it's possible to extrapolate what the Toronto Court Goblin Vows would be.

I think it would be Brass (Religion), Silver (Hunt), Jade (Success or Perfection), Ruby (Authority or Secrets), Ivory (Cults or Wealth) for goblin vows, but I could be wrong.

Considering that the write-up says that Brass Courtiers can have faith in scientific progress, free trade, democracy, humanity in general, etc., Religion seems too narrow. How about Goblin Vow (Hope) or Goblin Vow (Loyalty)?

EDIT: what do you think the Seasonal Court Vows should be? Here's my ideas:

            Summer: Strife
            Autumn: Knowledge
            Winter: Blindness/Lies or Darkness
            Spring: Growth

I'm not sure if this has been asked or not, but how do Loyalists work if they still serve the True Fae? Last time I checked, your Seeming in 2E is based on how you chose to rebel and free yourself, instead of being determined by your Keeper. So does that mean if you keep working for them, you never develop one?

Yes, they have no Seeming. However, Seeming is not a well-known phenomenon in-universe I think, so it's not as bad a handicap to infiltration as it sounds

Actually, David Hill previously talked about Loyalists as a Seeming* defined by the choice to serve the True Fae as a method of escape. I don't know if the material still holds in the current version, but it made sense at the time.

*An uncounted one that was not considered a standard choice for PCs, mind. And still required a choice, so it didn't exclude the possibility of loyalists without Seeming. They could presumably be changeling antagonists serving a Gentry who just didn't get a say in the matter.

Do Changelings have any easy way to contact Spirits from the Shadow? Is there any group of Changelings that do that regularly?

                    Check my homebrews:
                    Vampire Bloodlines: Kiasyd
                    Mage Legacies: Infernal Ones, Daoine

None that aren't equally available to mortals. The Lord Sages of the Unknown Reaches are a noble order that subdivides loosely by specialty; they could conceivably have a few members who know some generally useful Shadow-lore, but that's a bit closer to "consult a specialist" than "any one of the Lost can do this."

Assuming the kith rules stay the same (including the rules for altering kiths to meet specific needs), you'd be allowed to take the kith which allows changelings to interact with Ghosts and swap the word Ghost to Spirit.

This one's more of an opinion poll than a question, but who thinks that clothing alterations needed to accommodate certain features of the Mien should be hidden by the Mask, such as back slits in shirts for wings? I think that asking the Mask to cover non-magical clothing alterations is too much and Changelings should always be a little strange in some way to Mortals even through the Mask, but what do you all think?

If I recall, one can strengthen their mask to make other people see their mask rather than their mien. So my question is... can you do this in the hedge? Potentially as a way of performing an act that you would otherwise not your fae identity known for?

I dunno the rules, but since nothing has a Mask in the Hedge, I'd say no
