  • Sin-eaters: interaction with bounded Geist

Two Sin-eaters can see and interact with each other Geist?

    Let's say I'm Sin-eater A, I'm able to see and talk with Sin-eater B's Geist?

    Thank you!

They can see them, that I know, but I don't know about talking to them. Presumably yes, I would think, but I don't know.

Is it presumptuous of me to ask for alternating male/female pronouns?

Where I can find it in core rulebook?

Some geists can only communicate with their Bound because their "voices" are inhuman. That's canon in the rulebook, along with some of the short stories that show Bound talking to their own geists. In that case, other Sin-Eaters wouldn't be able to talk to those geists. But in general? A geist who can and is willing to communicate could probably do so. The willing part may be tricky. Why would someone else's geist want to talk to you? Of what interest are you to them, unless you're talking to their Bound and they have their own thoughts to toss into the conversation.

And what about normal people? A geist can inreract with them?

In the same way any powerful-but-weird ghost can, so long as they're not bound. If they are, they have to work through the Sin-Eater as a proxy.

A normal human can't see any ghost or geist unless they're using Manifestations, and never directly a bound Geist since they are melded with the host.

A Mage with death mage sight can likely see the Geist.

This will likely be covered in the pirates era.
