Question on episode 1 - Oliver and Albert that Elijah meet in Krewe house are ghosts? That's why Albert cannot turn the page of newspaper?

Yep! They're ghostly members of the Krewe.

What kind of information are you looking for? I don't always fully stat out my npcs unless I know that I need them for a specific combat/roll. I'm happy to answer questions you have though. I'm also active on the storytold discord so feel free to join there and ask questions!
