If a source of aggravated damage would ignore armour, it should state so in the description of that source. E.g. Claws of the Unholy (from VtR) deals aggravated damage and ignores all armour.

On top of Aegis (Matter 2) and Transform Life (Life 3) being able to grant armour rating, Alchemist's Touch (Matter 2) reducing aggravated damage with two Reaches, and Exceptional Luck (Fate 2) being able to reduce any incoming damage to a single point of damage, there's four Mage Armours that grant armour ratings; Forces, Life, Matter and Prime. They're somewhat specific regarding what sources of damage they protect against (especially Prime), but if they do protect against a source of damage it doesn't matter if it's aggravated or not.

    Bloodline: The Stygians
Ordo Dracul Mysteries: Mystery of Smoke, Revised Mystery of Živa
Mage The Awakening: Spell Quick Reference (single page and landscape for computer screens)

So do you think that the satiety expenditure of Unbreakable is one of the (in truth many) errors of the beast core book?

I think that the lack of a rules bible (instead the writers are supposed to know the rules from earlier core books despite many books including small rewrites to them) coupled with insufficient editing leads to way too many errors and differing interpretations of rules ending up in the final products.

I want to note that armour (the equipment, not the trait) generally only applies to attacks. Most sources of mundane aggravated damage aren't attacks, and thus they should (and do) ignore armour. Supernaturally empowered attacks aren't covered by the core rules so they should have such details in their descriptions. For example several Anathema dealing with aggravated damage has rules for interacting with armour.

Addendum: Mundane sources of aggravated damage that aren't attacks can also have their own rules for how they interact with armour.
