    The format for this Legacy is borrowed from proindrakenzol.

    Magic is the birthright of humanity, says the creed of the Silver Ladder. Some members of that Order firmly believe that such power is not found by accident, but provides implicit proof of how willpower and imagination elevate humanity above the rest. But the Lie has convinced people that dreaming is foolish, and believing is fatal. Better to simply exist lest one face soul-crushing disappointment with every attempt to grasp so much as a handful of that wondrous birthright. Quite simply, the Sleepers have their capacity to believe in their own dreams chained to the designs of the Exarchate.

    This is not merely a whimsical platitude: even medical practices of Sleepers reveal the psychosomatic benefits of having faith that a given treatment will save one's life, that said life is worth it. The Oneiric Physicians take it upon themselves to apply the principle of psycho-reactivity beyond the prosaic methods of healing. In other terms, this Legacy believes that the Astral is an essentially a mystic organism which has souls instead of cells. They reason that any given unit of this system can only operate ideally if they are aware of what they truly want and believe they can have it.

    As such, these Mages derive their Attainments from a central idea of the imaginary and reality being functionally one and the same. There is a sub-faction within this Legacy whose ultimate goal is to eliminate all the division between what is visualized and what is actualized, essentially doing away entirely with the barrier between Material and Astral. Only then will humanity reclaim its birthright in totality and eternity. From their point of view, when that day of apotheosis arrives, no one would have neuroses or nightmares anymore.

    Therefore, the fusion of realms would not have any apocalyptic side-effects one might expect, such as unleashing all of humanities madness and fears upon the world in physical form. But this sub-faction is a fringe manifestation of the Legacy's ideology and mode of operation. The main approach is to train as many Sleepers in relevant occult practices as explained by their Initiation (see below). The reasoning is that if everyone can access the Astral Realms or otherwise harness its metaphysical principles, then the barrier between corporeal and psychic is effectively non-existent.

    Regardless of how Left-Handed a Legate is in their pursuit of such apotheosis, the underlying motivation is the same: to heal the collective soul of humanity so that everyone will have abundant opportunities to experience the Awakening as it functioned in the Time Before. In other words, people would be unconstrained by the necessity of the Watchtowers supposedly created by the Oracles, and thus not be subject to any of the limitations imposed by following a Path. By achieving this, Atlantis would no longer be mere symbol or cautionary tale, it would become fully real once more.

    Origins
    Parentage: Obrimos, Silver Ladder
    Nicknames: Stargazers
    Background: Parapsychologists, medical doctors (mainly neurologists), philosophers and miscellaneous esotericists of the psyche.
    Nimbus: Celestial bodies made out of luminous sand.

    Doctrine
    Prerequisites: Mind 2, and the Mage must select two of the following Skills: Occult, Empathy and Medicine. The Mage must have 2 dots in both of the selected Skills. The Mage must also have one of the following Specialties or equivalent: Astral (Occult), Neurology (Medicine) or Emotions (Empathy).

    Initiation: One must devote themselves to teaching a Sleeper about various thaumaturgic rites and techniques until they develop a Supernatural Merit related to dreams or healing. This turns the student into a Sleepwalker, at which point the Mage must enter the Sleepwalker's Oneiros and defeat a Goetia representing a major trauma or neurosis. The Goetia must represent a challenge to the Mage, whether due to being inherently powerful, or due to the Mage agreeing to fight the entity under certain restrictions.

    Organization: These Legates organize themselves into an hierarchy based on their interpretation of the Astral as a living phenomenon. In other words, they divide themselves into specializations regarding the treatment of psychic diseases which affect certain "organs" of the Astral. One Legate might focus on guiding patients to face their phobias, a second analyzes neuroses related to sexuality, and a third encourages the liberation of frustrated artistic potential. The more knowledgeable a Legate is and the more people he has empowered into a healthier state of mind, the higher they are on the hierarchy.

    Those who are on lower levels of expertise receive missions from the higher levels which involve expeditions into the Astral Realms and philanthropic campaigns within the Material Realm. Contrariwise, those on the higher levels delegate tasks to those on the lower levels but swear oaths of protection and tutorship in relation to those directly subordinate to them. All Legates must follow a strict code of medical and arcane ethics which is mainly based on the Hippocratic Oath and Confidentiality. This is a safety measure against the Silver Ladder's typical inclination towards underestimating the dangers of Hubris.

    Yantras: Dream journals (+1 or +2 if they contain prophetic visions), medical equipment (+1 or +2 if it visibly displays oneiric iconography), succeeding on a Medicine, Empathy or Occult roll relevant to the spell (+2), behaving in esoteric ways that are symbolically resonant with Jungian Archetypes or equivalent (+2)
    Oblations: Methodical use of psychotropic drugs and meditative exercises in order to achieve a greater level of awareness, exploring and studying the Astral Realms related to neuroses and nightmares, giving psychological therapy and spiritual lectures, stargazing at Celestial Ley Lines and harnessing their energies for research projects

    Attainments

    First: Psychic Documentation Methodology
    Prerequisite: Initiation
    The Mage analyzes the psychoses and cognitive axioms of a patient, catching glimpses of their inner world and forming a basis for a psychological profile. This works like Know Nature, which uses Ritualistic Spellcasting. Reach is assigned to discovering Aspirations and Obsessions. The Mage must enact the Ritual as a form of psychological profiling, but the Mage can spend 1 Mana to ask a number of yes/no questions equal to [Mind] about the patient's psychoses and cognitive axioms. This can be done once per day, per patient.

    Optional: Prime 1
    The Mage must be able to find the core of a patient's self-deception in order to discern the best angle for confronting them with the truth. This works like Pierce Deception, with Reach assigned to Instant Casting. This is limited to detecting falsehoods related to harmful coping mechanisms, but the Mage can spend 1 Mana to ask a number of yes/no questions equal to [Prime] about the patient's true potential that they are hiding from themselves. This can be done once per day, per patient.

    Second: Astral Database Consultation
    Prerequisite: Mind 2, either Initiation Skill 3
    The Mage often ventures into the Astral Realms for the sake of more precise diagnosis, and must be prepared to navigate through the veins and neurons of that mystic organism. This works like Mental Shield, which uses Ritualistic Spellcasting. Reach is assigned to Advanced Duration. The Mage must enact the Ritual within a location associated with medical or oneiric practices, but uses Duration as the Primary Factor and gains +1 Duration automatically. By spending 1 Mana, he can receive Rote Quality on a Clash Of Wills involving the Mental Shield. This can be done once per day, per hostile Goetia.

    Optional: Prime 2
    The Mage stargazes at the Celestial Ley Lines, which work analogously to their Terrestrial versions but are linked to the Subtle Arcana. This works like Sacred Geometries, which requires Ritualistic Spellcasting. Reach is assigned to Advanced Duration and detecting Hallows. The Mage must enact the Ritual within a location which has at least one Celestial Ley Line passing through it and forming part of a Node. As compensation, the Mage has unbroken line of sight toward the night sky automatically. Any obstacles to his stargazing become fully transparent from his point of view. This works even if he is suffering from the Blinded Tilt, because his other senses perform the analysis of the Celestial Ley Lines and compensate for interfering stimuli (e.g. a blind Mage who relies on hearing will not be impeded by loud noises around him).

    The Mage can extend the effects of this Attainment to patients at will. The Celestial Ley Lines form symbolic images arranged by their Daimons to guide them toward their ideal selves. By spending 1 Mana, the Mage can give a patient a number of dots equal to [Potency] in the Dream and/or Destiny Merits for days equal to [Prime], with a maximum of 5 dots in each Merit. The patients can only use these temporary benefits to pursue their ideal selves. In the case of the Destiny Merit, there is no Doom. Instead, the patient must change his Long Term Aspiration if he is a mortal, or one of his Obsessions if he is a Mage.

    Third: Motivational Dissection Protocol
    Prerequisite: Mind 3, both Initiation Skills 3
    The Mage reaches into a dreamscape to get a closer look at the subconscious dynamics of the patient and simulate various scenarios. This works like Dream Reaching, which uses Ritualistic Spellcasting. Reach is assigned to Advanced Duration and becoming an active part of the dream. The Mage must enact the Ritual as a form of psycho-spiritual therapy and have the informed consent of the patient, but gains +1 Duration automatically.

    Optional: Prime 3
    The Mage gathers all of the information he has gathered up until this point about the patient and applies it to a more direct technique of empowerment. This works like Words Of Truth, with Reach assigned to Instant Casting and applying the Inspired/Guilty Condition. The Mage is limited to statements for improving the mental health of the patient, but gains +1 Potency automatically.

    Fourth: Goetic Extract Processing
    Prerequisite: Mind 4, one of the Initiation Skills 4
    The Mage stabilizes psycho-spiritual fluctuations and fractures so his patients can think with perfect clarity. This works like Clear Thoughts, which uses Ritualistic Spellcasting. Reach is assigned to Advanced Duration and making the effect become Lasting. The Mage must enact the Ritual as a form of hypnotic exercise or equivalent and have the informed consent of the patient, but gains +1 Duration automatically. Upon Resolving a targeted Condition, the Mage can spend 1 Mana to transform it into a Goetic Extract. This is not a proper Goetia, it is modeled as a piece of Equipment which happens to exist within the Astral Twilight and has a dice bonus equal [Potency].

    This Equipment cannot be applied directly to patients, it must be brought into their Oneiros and injected into sections which possess a matching symbolism, akin to the practice of taking venom from snakes and using it produce antidotes. For example: if the Mage extracts a Persistent Frightened Condition which represents arachnophobia, he can inject it into a section of an Oneiros which is infested by spiders. In other words, the Goetic Extract helps with the Resolution of Persistent Conditions which represent psycho-spiritual trauma.

    Injection of Goetic Extract is an Extended Action whose dice pool varies according to the symbolism of the Oneiros. The Mage needs to reach a Target Number of Successes equal to [10 - Integrity] X 5, or equivalent stability trait at the ST’s discretion. He benefits from the Equipment Bonus of the Goetic Extract. The time taken per roll from the perspective of the Mage is also based on the symbolism of the Oneiros, but within the Material Realm the entire process is completed within one night of full rest (i.e. approximately 8 hours).

    Optional: Prime 4
    The Mage creates a physical vessel for the Goetic Extract out of Mana. This works like Platonic Form, which uses Ritualistic Spellcasting. Reach is assigned to Advanced Duration and giving 8 Again. Such Platonic Forms often take the form of pills, potions and equivalent consumable items. This allows the patient to directly absorb the Goetic Extract into their Pattern.

    This bypasses the need for the aforementioned Extended Action and reduces the process to an Instant Action. Roll the patient's Resolve + Composure + Equipment Bonus - [10 - Integrity], with 8 Again. On an Exceptional Success, the patient acquires a beneficial Persistent Condition which represents devotion towards psycho-spiritual rehabilitation and growth. This Persistent Condition lasts for days equal to [Mana Invested Into The Platonic Form] X [Potency]. If the patient is a mortal, he gains Mundane Experiences, which he can use to buy dots of Integrity. If the patient is a Mage, he gains Arcane Experiences which he can use to buy dots of Wisdom.

    Fifth: Thought-Form Corporeality Actualization
    Prerequisite: Mind 5, both Initiation Skills 4
    The Mage prepares a location for an experimental fusion between Astral and Material. This is a form of Mind Weaving + Mind Unveiling which converts the location into an Astral Iris for communion with Goetia. The Mage must use Ritualistic Spellcasting, and uses Duration as the Primary Factor. Reach is assigned to Advanced Duration, Advanced Scale (Area) and selectivity of ingress/egress. In other words, the Mage can specify a number of relatively broad categories of Goetia equal to [Potency] which can use the Astral Iris. By spending 1 Mana, the Mage can be as specific as he wants, including the selection of Goetia he knows by name. Goetia can use this dimensional gateway to enter the Material Realm, but they are still restricted to the Twilight Form and thus cannot interact materially with the world around them. However, the patient and his Goetia can perceive and communicate with each other, which can be used as a form of enhanced psycho-spiritual therapy and training.

    Optional: Prime 5
    The Mage manipulates Celestial Ley Lines in order to adjust their Resonance into types that match the aforementioned Goetia. This works like a variant of Geomancy, which uses Ritualistic Spellcasting. Reach is assigned to Advanced Duration, Advanced Scale (Area) and inventing Resonance Keywords for the Nodes based on aspects of the patient's Oneiros. By spending 1 Mana, the Mage can give a number of Manifestations equal to [Potency] to all Goetia within this location, including Materialize. The Mage can strategically design Nodes which generate custom Resonances. The Essence thus generated can be harvested by the Goetia in order to cultivate a self-sustaining and evolving metaphysical ecosystem that harmonizes Astral and Material. Said ecosystem can become an effective Astral Manse akin to the Spirit spell "Shadow Manse". Within the Astral Manse, the doctors and staff would be Goetia who were Psychically Reprogrammed by the patient's Daimon, who behaves like a director of a mental health facility/simulated purgatory. The Stargazer would be the administrator of the entire process, acting as a Virgil-like guide to the Dante-like patient in a psychodramatic quest toward healing and understanding.

    On that day the Stargazer would learn about the Fangs of Mara and their perspective would puzzle and disturb them like no other.

    This is a really interesting idea, extracting traumas and making them into psychic vaccines.

    I am a bit confused about the second optional Prime Attainment. The direct view to the Celestial Ley lines is never mentioned again or how they are related to treatment. How about making the patient able to see them as a night sky with symbolic images, arranged by their Daimon to guide them to their better selves. This would grant them the Vision merit for these endeavors, but the bonus would be tied to their Integrity (directly or reversely, not sure). But you would need the Resonance of a Hallow to do the delicate realignment with their true self.

    Regarding Goetic Extracts, it seems like they cure related mental Conditions once applied, but I am not sure. It also mentions a dice bonus, but I did not quite understand what checks it applies to. Potency is also mentioned, but do you mean Mind ? Or is it duration primary with Potency of 1+floor(Mind/2) ? I think the idea is very interesting, but the mechanics need to be clarified a bit.

    For the fifth one, perhaps you could throw in an Unveiling of Mind into the effect. That way patients can talk to their fears, traumas, memories and other entities.

    For the optional effect, perhaps it could be keyed to making the area or facility Resonant with a patient. Making the rooms have themes that manifest specific parts of their minds (Eidolons). The doctors and staff would be Goetia who were Psychically Repogrammed by the Director (the patient's Daimon). The Stargazer would be the chief of staff, their Vergil to this journey. Reading the Attainment just made me think of a more bening version of the Asylum from The Darkness 2.

    Overall its a very interesting Legacy.

      KaiserAfini Most excellent feedback, and I am glad you found it so interesting. I will address your observations one by one.

      The connection I was trying to leave implicit was something akin to "Astral Realms => Astra is Latin for Stars => Stargazing => Celestial Firmament => Celestial Ley Lines => Finding one's hidden potential in the constellations." But your suggestion would make it much more concrete, yes. But when you say Vision Merit, do you mean the Dream Merit from 2ed Core Book or something else? I don't think the Dream Merit depends on or is modified by Integrity/Wisdom.

      They are indeed meant to cure Conditions related to psycho-spiritual trauma. The Equipment Bonus of the Goetic Extract applies to the Extended Action for injecting it into the Oneiros. I do indeed mean Potency rather than Mind.

      Mind Unveiling would be useful for that sort of Virtual Reality Psychotherapy, yes. Making the facility be Resonant with the patient is an absolutely brilliant idea, and I wish I had thought of it myself!

      I shall update the original post as soon as you reply with a clarification on whether you mean Dream Merit or Vision Merit.

        Ah, astra and astral. Now I see. I thought that it meant that just as the ley lines in the world (Water) affect the body, the ley lines in the sky (Wind) affect the mind. But feng shui seemed outside the theme you were going for, so I wasn't sure what cultural parallels you were referencing.

        Vision is a more obscure merit found in page 133 of the Free Council order book. In short, your character is a visionary for a given dream or objective. They can utilize it as a substitute for certain skills or attributes on rolls related to it, with certain restrictions. But it can also be repurposed for inspirational themed spells. In this case, the target has such a clarity and drive to become better that their path is facilitated.

        It might also be interesting if a side effect of one of the Attainments made it cheaper to purchase Integrity back, provided the target made a concrete effort. Building on that idea, if they could extend the application of their specialty to help bring mages back from the spiral of hubris, it would probably make them indispensable for Consilia with Wiser Hierarchs. Make the mage see the monster dwelling inside, recognize what they have become and start the process to redeem themselves.

          A solid theme through out it, don't have much i can say specifically on balance but it feels "whole". For lack of a better way to put it, it simply all fits together and nothing stands out to me as off.

              I really like the flavor, but have some mechanics comments.

              The second effect (the mana one) is just Mental Scan, which is a different spell. I would separate them out and make Mental Scan the second attainment; one of the presented options on Mental Scan is "what, if any, psychoses does the subject suffer?"

This works like Pierce Deception, with Reach assigned to Instant Casting.               This feels a bit redundant with the above.

              Instead, keeping with the flavor, I'd suggest that this attainment places Pierce Deception on the patient focused at themself, forcing them to confront the comforting lies they tell themself without being able to deflect.

              The second portion does not really fall under the purview of Prime; it's more of a Fate thing to see someone's potential in a destiny-sense or a Mind or Life thing to just look at their attributes (which Know Nature already reveals the total of).

              Mental Shield is duration primary by default, so I don't understand the implication of a change. The Rote Quality on a Clash of Wills is worth way more than just 1 mana; Rote quality is a three-dot effect that requires +2 Reach to apply to spellcasting rolls, applying to CoW rolls is even stronger. I also don't understand where the additional +1 duration is coming from. It also generally seems off-theme; this Legacy is all about getting people to open up, not close themselves off.

              I'd replace this with Mental Scan with Instant Cast and the ability to reading below the surface thoughts, have it ignore Withstand but with the restriction that it can only be used on a willing subject (mundanely willing to be treated, they wouldn't need to know magic is afoot) in a treatment setting.

              Optional: Prime 2

              The first half of this Attainment seems thematically detached from the Legacy. The second half is not a Prime effect (Dream is Mind, Destiny is Fate) and granting Supernatural merits appears to be a 5-dot effect (Mundane merits is 2-dots) based on the spell Forge Destiny (which this half of the attainment mimics).

              You should generally avoid jamming two completely different spells into a single Attainment unless they're extremely tightly linked thematically and relatively limited in scope.

              Again, I don't understand the +1 Duration; Dream Reaching is duration primary, with Advanced Duration as a three dot attainment you're looking at a base duration of a week, as there is no additional magic involved to keep the patient sleeping that long the extra duration seems moot.

              Instead, I'd indicate that both the Mage and the subject are placed under the effects of Dream Reaching.

              Optional: Prime 3
              The Mage gathers all of the information he has gathered up until this point about the patient and applies it to a more direct technique of empowerment. This works like Words Of Truth, with Reach assigned to Instant Casting and applying the Inspired/Guilty Condition. The Mage is limited to statements for improving the mental health of the patient, but gains +1 Potency automatically.
              This is fine, though I don't think the +1 Potency is really appropriate. Also, without Advanced Duration the condition will expire in seconds. I'd go with being able to activate this attainment after a therapy session (with a successful session perhaps bypassing the subject's Withstand rating), and reach being assigned to Advanced Duration (a minimum of a day when this Attainment is unlocked, a week at Prime 4) and applying the condition.

              Fourth: Goetic Extract Processing
              Prerequisite: Mind 4, one of the Initiation Skills 4
              The Mage stabilizes psycho-spiritual fluctuations and fractures so his patients can think with perfect clarity. This works like Clear Thoughts, which uses Ritualistic Spellcasting. Reach is assigned to Advanced Duration and making the effect become Lasting. The Mage must enact the Ritual as a form of hypnotic exercise or equivalent and have the informed consent of the patient, but gains +1 Duration automatically. Upon Resolving a targeted Condition, the Mage can spend 1 Mana to transform it into a Goetic Extract. This is not a proper Goetia, it is modeled as a piece of Equipment which happens to exist within the Astral Twilight and has a dice bonus equal [Potency].

              This Equipment cannot be applied directly to patients, it must be brought into their Oneiros and injected into sections which possess a matching symbolism, akin to the practice of taking venom from snakes and using it produce antidotes. For example: if the Mage extracts a Persistent Frightened Condition which represents arachnophobia, he can inject it into a section of an Oneiros which is infested by spiders. In other words, the Goetic Extract helps with the Resolution of Persistent Conditions which represent psycho-spiritual trauma.

              Injection of Goetic Extract is an Extended Action whose dice pool varies according to the symbolism of the Oneiros. The Mage needs to reach a Target Number of Successes equal to [10 - Integrity] X 5, or equivalent stability trait at the ST’s discretion. He benefits from the Equipment Bonus of the Goetic Extract. The time taken per roll from the perspective of the Mage is also based on the symbolism of the Oneiros, but within the Material Realm the entire process is completed within one night of full rest (i.e. approximately 8 hours).
              So, you don't need Advanced Duration and it's two reach to make it Lasting, so both reach are assigned to making it Lasting.

              The +1 Duration is not only still weird, but actually pointless: the effect is already Lasting, you don't get durations longer than "forever".

              I don't understand the purpose of the second half at all, Clear Thoughts can already permanently remove persistent conditions just through its application, the rest of it is pointless.

              Optional: Prime 4
              The Mage creates a physical vessel for the Goetic Extract out of Mana. This works like Platonic Form, which uses Ritualistic Spellcasting. Reach is assigned to Advanced Duration and giving 8 Again. Such Platonic Forms often take the form of pills, potions and equivalent consumable items. This allows the patient to directly absorb the Goetic Extract into their Pattern.

              This bypasses the need for the aforementioned Extended Action and reduces the process to an Instant Action. Roll the patient's Resolve + Composure + Equipment Bonus - [10 - Integrity], with 8 Again. On an Exceptional Success, the patient acquires a beneficial Persistent Condition which represents devotion towards psycho-spiritual rehabilitation and growth. This Persistent Condition lasts for days equal to [Mana Invested Into The Platonic Form] X [Potency]. If the patient is a mortal, he gains Mundane Experiences, which he can use to buy dots of Integrity. If the patient is a Mage, he gains Arcane Experiences which he can use to buy dots of Wisdom.
              The whole "Goetic Extract" thing is something that doesn't make sense. I'd rework this attainment into something like:

              "The Mage reaches into their patient's psyche and creates an item of Tass that helps ground them, granting bonuses to breaking point rolls (if crafted for something like a Werewolf, where they can "break" in two directions, this item only functions to prevent the slide in one direction). This Attainment functions like Platonic Form with reach spent on Advanced Duration and granting 8-again on rolls; the Mage can split potency between durability, uses, and equipment bonus, but this Attainment only ever costs 1 mana and mana cannot be extracted from the item. A person can only benefit from one such item at a time.) "

              Fifth: Thought-Form Corporeality Actualization
              Prerequisite: Mind 5, both Initiation Skills 4
              The Mage prepares a location for an experimental fusion between Astral and Material. This is a form of Mind Weaving + Mind Unveiling which converts the location into an Astral Iris for communion with Goetia. The Mage must use Ritualistic Spellcasting, and uses Duration as the Primary Factor. Reach is assigned to Advanced Duration, Advanced Scale (Area) and selectivity of ingress/egress. In other words, the Mage can specify a number of relatively broad categories of Goetia equal to [Potency] which can use the Astral Iris. By spending 1 Mana, the Mage can be as specific as he wants, including the selection of Goetia he knows by name. Goetia can use this dimensional gateway to enter the Material Realm, but they are still restricted to the Twilight Form and thus cannot interact materially with the world around them. However, the patient and his Goetia can perceive and communicate with each other, which can be used as a form of enhanced psycho-spiritual therapy and training.
              Going off of Create Avernian Gate, creating a Verge is Making, not Weaving or Unveiling. The Mana effect is really a reach-effect, in my opinion. You also only have one reach to work with (as this is a 5-dot effect, not a 3-dot).

              I think you'd be better off with Goetic Summons with Advanced Duration, creating the open condition in the area (which will cover a room even without advanced scale), and pulling the Goetia from the subject's Oneiros. Because it's an attainment you'd only have to spend 1 mana for the cost, even if it'd normally cost more.

              Optional: Prime 5
              The Mage manipulates Celestial Ley Lines in order to adjust their Resonance into types that match the aforementioned Goetia. This works like a variant of Geomancy, which uses Ritualistic Spellcasting. Reach is assigned to Advanced Duration, Advanced Scale (Area) and inventing Resonance Keywords for the Nodes based on aspects of the patient's Oneiros. By spending 1 Mana, the Mage can give a number of Manifestations equal to [Potency] to all Goetia within this location, including Materialize. The Mage can strategically design Nodes which generate custom Resonances. The Essence thus generated can be harvested by the Goetia in order to cultivate a self-sustaining and evolving metaphysical ecosystem that harmonizes Astral and Material. Said ecosystem can become an effective Astral Manse akin to the Spirit spell "Shadow Manse". Within the Astral Manse, the doctors and staff would be Goetia who were Psychically Reprogrammed by the patient's Daimon, who behaves like a director of a mental health facility/simulated purgatory. The Stargazer would be the administrator of the entire process, acting as a Virgil-like guide to the Dante-like patient in a psychodramatic quest toward healing and understanding.
              Granting the Materialized manifestation is a Death or Spirit effect, not really Prime. Also, you're mashing two disparate effects together again. Also, also, if you go with the Goetic Summons change, then the resonance change to the ley lines is not necessary.

              If you want to create a mind with a body I'd just use Eidolon with Advanced Duration and the Mind 5 effect.
