  • Flora of the Fallen Realms

Maybe a question asked before, and I'm truly sorry if I'm reposting, but is there a mention of some of the weird flora of Fallen Realms?
Plants unique to Underworld or Shadow Realm?
Also, is there something connected to herbalism or brewing among the Awakened? Besides the usual Imbuing of liquids with a spell effect?

A plant or herb from another realm would could as a +3 Sacrament Yantra if sacrificed for a spell. This could obviously also be used as part of a brew.

"The living can find things to eat in the
Underworld, be it weird fungi in the tunnels
of the Upper Reaches or a luxuriant meal of
Barghest Essence cooked up in one of the River
Cities. While it may seem filling and possibly
even flavorful, none of it will sustain a living
body. To dine on the fare of the Underworld is
to dine on ash without realizing it, the first hint
of the hunger is not an ache in the belly but
a lightness in the head. Some starve to death
without ever realizing why, only to wake up
experiencing an entirely new kind of hunger."

Sidebar on page 203 in Geist: The Sin-Eaters Second Edition.

So, no unique plants in the Underworld, no. What exists, is either just the ghosts of plants from the material or the Underworld itself taking the shape of plants. Neither is nourishing (for the living) nor do they have any effects that couldn't be gained from other Castoffs or from stones just laying around in the Underworld.

Changeling has a lot of material on the goblin fruits and oddments that grow in the Hedge, and Demon has some cryptoflora (plants supernaturally mutated by exposure to aether) sprinkled across the corebook, Storyteller's Guide, and Night Horrors: Enemy Action.
