Werewolves, like humans, prefer things in their boxes. Even (especially?) when it doesn't fit.

I kind of want to list a joke "Werewolf Prey Logic" flow chart. Like ((IsHuman) ? Iron Masters : [continue question chain]).

            With tooth and claw.

More seriously - it depends on A) How much they know about Mummies B) The werewolves' Tribe C) How strong their Pack is D) How strong the Mummy is E) How much do they know of C & D.

Mummies dislike Fire, have few options against non-Ghost things in Twilight, and grow weaker over time. They have crazy healing powers, awesome powers in Utterances (and a few Affinities), and maybe Relics. And can't be permanently put down.

If the Pack has friendly Fire Spirits, and/or access to the Tongue of Fire Facet of the Gift of Elements, they can bring the hurt. If not, they'll need Relic weaponry. Note that Mummies can keep fighting even when they should be destroyed as long as they have Pillar points to spend on Sealing the Flesh.

Cultists vs Pack Members washes out since Mummy Cultists are typically vulnerable to Lunacy, and non-Uratha Pack members are vulnerable to Sybaris.

Their best bet it to manipulate Spirits and hostile/disposable groups to harass and burn the Mummy out. If they can end the current Descent, next arising, the Mummy should only be angry at their dupes, and not the Pack.

                No. Yes. Maybe. It Depends.

You really need to clarify the conditions and goals before that question can even be analyzed.

Given the extreme secrecy, low numbers and capabilities of the Deceived. I don't think a simple, "Who wins?" is really asking a meaningful question.

Of course, the Uratha might see it the other way around. The Deceived joined their pack as their new totem.

You could also base it on the Temakh Virtue. Or combine that with their Art.
