  • Mummy 2e hint in Promethean 2e?

Mummies seem to respond to Disquiet if their cults have been afflicted, but data is scarce given the rarity of both the Arisen and the Created.
    Promethean 2e, p.173
If this is true, it suggests a stronger bond between Arisen and cult in 2e than in 1e, with the Arisen being shaped by the cult as well as shaping it.

Depends on whether ‘respond’ here means mummies also experiencing Disquiet themselves, or mummies just noticing their cultists minds getting screwed in a way that Sybaris doesn’t and acting accordingly.

Although the cult’s mindset affecting the mummy’s in a feedback loop is certainly something worth to explore.

There's also the possibility that "respond" here means "get woken up to address." The Call is an option that exists in mortal hands, after all.
