  • Dreams of Avarice

So, if I read the Monday Notes right, it's finished Art Direction. It's not at press though. Have we heard any other clues as to when it'll release?

Every time I see the ad for the Avarice Chronicle my sleep-deprived brain gets all excited for a second. Very frustrating

Not that I was particularly excited for it but I'm still waiting on the fiction that hasn't moved from stage one in a year

Is that Curse of the Blue Nile? I'm excited for that.

Just really hoping this is the year we see Going Westward pop up on the schedule at GenCon.

I wrote Dreams, and am accordingly eager to see what the finished product looks like!

I am very eager as well! so far, the book (in game) has gathered a loooot of mystery in my games. I have a high priest in service to a mummy and in love with another whoo desperately wants to understand them, as well as see if the rumors are true, that it holds the key to escape. ive hinted through flashbacks that he had it in a past life, just doesn't remember where he hid it. once it drops, its going to be soooo good for the game.

Mummy has the most consistently fantastic line in terms of fluff, so I'm understandably excited for a book that's apparently nothing but. Can it unseat Deceived as my favorite nWoD book? We'll see.

                  *eye twitches*

                  It's. Still. Just. Sitting. There.

                  Gah!

I agree that Mummy's fluff has captured my interest more than any game before it. It's so beautifully mythic. Looking forward to Dreams, if only so I have some idea on how to run the prelude to Apotheosis for any players who are interested.

Indeed. I'm looking forward to it. I have some ideas for Ptah which I've sitting on to see what (if anything) Avarice has to say about the Modeler of Limbs.

At Paradox for approval! Think we'll see it before the new year?

                          No, of course not.

It must, of course, come when the new year arises.

I don't think I would descend to that level of punnery.
