  • How likely is a Low Azoth Promethean to awaken a dormant Pandoran by chance?

is it that "Ex deus Machinaish" for their to be a sleeping pandoran within 30 or 40 feet of a promethean protaganist, that stirs to life to seek to feed on their flesh?

Pandorans exist in the game world solely to be a threat to your players. It's likely, even expected, that there will be one (or several!) lying around if you need there to be one. They form from failed attempts at generation, but they also bud and split off on their own, so don't worry about them being too rare for it to happen.

    2E Legacy Updates
    Brotherhood of the Demon Wind
Choir of Hashmallim (plus extra Summoning content)
    Storm Keepers

Makes me think of the end of the Doctor Who episode "Blink"
