  • Carthian Law in 2nd Edition

So...making my setting that is going to have an unbound Prince but the Carthians are the real power. I was looking at Carthian Law rules in the 2nd ed core book but it doesn't seem to have rules anymore besides the merits.

Does it no longer prevent Discipline use or am I missing a section?

No it doesn’t do so explicitly although you can effectively make that the case by using Carthian Law to pervert the intent of a law and contorting verbatim decrees simply by shifting inflection.

I'm pretty sure there is but I can't recall it to my memory. I'll check when I'll have access to the book again.
