Draugr Thousands Years Night

Hi guys, I'm new to Storytelling in general.

I was taking a look at Thousands Years Night, and found celerity 7 in her sheet. I thought wasn't possible disciplines above 5 in 2nd Edition because that would High Level Devotions niche. But physical disciplines are a exception?

You might still have the pre-errata version of the file? I think that was fixed. Download it from DTRPG again and see if it’s different.
