It was only a psychic and they were judging on how they did it as much as what they did. Who wants an errand neonate who can't sort out a problem like that out for themselves anyway?

      347) The Prince is a Dragon, she didn't tell the Invitus that she was going duel covenant and the Sanctified are furies to find out the real reason she was giving so much weight to their "these sites need a round the clock response" argument. Time to work out who still has influence.

      348) A respected member of the Ordo Dracol has published his thesis on the Vitae requirements of the Disciplins and their effect on the mindset of the clans, it's very interesting if divisive work.

      349) There's blood in those there towns! Kindred with their own transport have taken to taking up Heven outside of the city limits and commuting, this new Blood Rush is a Masquirade breach waiting to happen! The Church wants it stopped before something goes wrong, the Invitus wants it stopped now that they have helped themselves to the best bits to keep the riff raff out, the Dragons were already hunting out there apparently but don't feel they can get enough data on kindred movements to make up for the loss of easy feeding, the Carthians think they can beat the Invictus away from the city and the Circle say let it happen.

      350) Your actions freed a trapped Strix, it thinks that as a being of fireless smoke someone is due 3 wishes.

      351) The Prince will grant you one boon each just don't try and regain those memories.

      • 352) For the past two months a recently awakened Elder has been a member of the Carthian Movement, an Invictus Elder noticed him from their surveillance last night. The new Carthian Elder seems to genuinely be onboard with the aims of the Movement and is potent enough that he could tip the scales in a fight unless the Invitus comited their own Elders to the fight.

        353) Something has caused every torpored vampire in the city to awaken, stakes are healed out, reverents long forgotten stir once more and whether voluntary or involuntary every kindred sleeping the ages away is now up and hungry. The city can't support this many vampires.

        354) The prince doesn't have time for this shit, as a kindred with no obvious bias it's now your problem. Sort out whatever dispute you've been given with the full authority of the court!

        • 355) The high priestess of the Circle has somehow roped your coterie into tracking down one of this season's hottest toys for their Dhampir child. Chaos ensues (think jingle all the way with vampires)

356 ) so the toy you got for the Dhampir is possessed by a nasty spirit, and the circle wants your help dealing with it before the High Priestess's child gets seriously hurt.

          357) With the help of the local werewolves you have traced the spiritual possession of the toy back to it's manufacturer. the mysterious Avalon Incorporated.

          • 358) The Thinning the Blood Scale was first discovered by a Hematologist Mehket Dragon seeking a way to embrace without Clan Weaknesses. She considers it a mixed result with enough utility that she traded its secrets for another Dragon's research, and thus while it isn't a mainstream Scale by any means, within the Pacific Northwest Cacophony the unsubstantiated rumors of Dragons collecting unwanted and insolent Fledgelings to feed their Revenant childrer to uplift them via Diablerie have become a bit of a boogie man or urban legend among vampires to scare Neonates into respectful obedience so they aren't forsaken by polite vampire society or their Sires.

It is true that, as a vampire if no one would miss you, you have a higher than average chance to simply disappear in the Pacific North West, but hey that could be true for many different disturbing reasons, and Dragon ghouls grabbing unwanted vampires during the day for Revenants to Diablerize at night is no more plausible than the rumors of feral Circle of the Crone Gangrels joining forces with savage werewolves that hate all things made by man snatching evanescent outcast vampires for profane Wildhunts in the woods which end with Diablerie, or the rumor that Antediluvian Elders from ancient lost Clans that lived among the Salish speaking natives are responsible...

            • 359) Some big time Invictus got themselves ashed and now their burn-book is missing. That thing has dirt on everyone in the Domain, and not just GPS coordinates on where the bodies are buried, but who done it and how. Now there is a scramble to find it before someone's rivals do.

              A) From bad to worse - the thing has ended up in the hands of the FBI, and mortal forces in the area have been so spooked by the internecine Kindred warfare that they are taking extra precautions. No one has any tools with eyes on the prize, and someone better grab it quick, before the Feds decode it and have a frighteningly detailed documentary on the All Night Society.

              B) Turns out some a-hole Strix is behind the leak. They're interested in seeing how the region's vamps will adapt to having a floodlight shined on their affairs, and the Owl is acting interference to any attempt to locate the book.

Oh, is that the plot of a book?

                  • 360) It's the 4th of July and the US President is on TV. No, not the current one - one of the old ones, like on the currency, old. Turns out, some nitwit Kindred back in the day Embraced them and then tried to keep the whole thing under wraps. Now the former President is back, claiming to have transcended their condition and is pissed at the current state of the nation. This is going to be an interesting election cycle...

                    A) The Invictus are collectively shitting bricks. Someone let this epic violation of the First Tradition get this far, and there is no way the genie is getting back in the bottle. Or coffin. Coteries are being scrambled to try to vainly contain the situation, figure out who screwed up, and burn the trails to any higher ups.

                    B) The Lancea Et Sanctum are furious over this blasphemy - a Kindred claiming to have discovered a way of defying God's Curse and purpose for their kind. Their auguries indicate the ex-President is indeed Kindred, even as they walk in the daylight. How is this possible?

                    C) The Circle of the Crone are nervous, not only for the increased attention, but also for someone so public claiming to have transcended their nature.

                    D) The Carthian Movement is in conflict - some think the political ramifications are disastrous, while others scent opportunity - what might Carthian Law backed by an entire nation accomplished?

                    E) The Ordo Dracul are intrigued. This Kindred is able to wield their powers, yet has defied the sun on live camera. Have they uncovered secrets worth copying, or is this a dead-end heretical Coil?

[The President in question isn't really important, though which one it is can add some flavor. One of the Founding Fathers is best for the historical commentary on modern times, while Abraham Lincoln is pop-culturally amusing]

                    • Amusing as in Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter amusing? https://m.imdb.com/title/tt1611224/

Or the hilarity that will ensue about an American politician walking around with a large portion of their brain missing?

There might already be one. I recall in the jokes thread a knock-knock joke that ended with "Who is Cain?".
