    Your difficulties don't go up across the board. They increase on actions that match your injury (the book has a lot of examples).

    You get Momentum for when the injury results in a significant setback or your roll fails (which can stack with a Momentum Consolation), or when the Condition is resolved (thank your healer!).

      Except they only go up if the injury says it does. Some injuries do other things, like -1 Defence.

        What he pointed is that the difficulty increase only to a few tests, like all athletics, or on movement, or when attacking.

        you can say the injury was in the leg, so, if you sit properly you can keep your sniper routine with no problem.
