They have character sheets for Scion, but nothing else for Storypath. It's not a terrible problem that cannot be worked around but it would be nice to have them nontheless. I know squat about programming my own character sheets, otherwise I would have done it.

You are better off seeking this out on the roll20 forums. I know requests are in, but as those sheets are almost all done by users it takes time to build and upload. As I understand it there is a backlog too as I recently started exploring Roll20 for a Aeon game myself. -
There is no Trinity also. I would make my own, but you have to pay to do it.
