So if my Leviathan is traveling at speed 6, aimed at the cololition ark, that is also traveling at speed six. If they fire railguns would the speed scale stack for damage?

No. Storypath isn’t a simulationist system in that way. You’d resolve the attack as normal.

Thank you you all for the comments and clarifications. In my game I think I am going to go with Mateus Luz suggestion of just one scale difference.
