    Yugman's Guide to Ghelspad

    As announced at http://theonyxpath.com/onyx-path-pub...red-lands-rpg/
Yugman’s Guide to Ghelspad offers new insight into heroes and villains, as well as the tools they use to rise to power, through the eyes of Yugman the Sage. This release will contain:
    • 21 new Social Backgrounds expanding the sects & societies introduced in the Scarred Lands Player’s Guide
    • 23 new subclasses, with each base class represented
    • 6 new Races including Broadreach dwarves, and a revised Hollow Legionnaire
    • New Spells, True Rituals, Magic Items and more!
Yugman’s Guide to Ghelspad is written by Chris Bissette (Loot the Room, Breaker of Chains), Oliver Clegg (Ravenloft: City of Eyes, Weekend at Strahd’s), Celeste Conowitch (Blood Sea: The Crimson Abyss 5e, Venture Maidens), Beatriz T. Dias (The Fall of Durgan’s Rest, Off to a Weird Start), Lewis Harris (Destiny 2, Hunter: The Reckoning – Wayward), Jeremy Hochhalter (Creature Codex for 5th Edition, A Titanic Feast), Megan Mackie (Legendlore RPG), Jessica Ross (Sundered Sisters, Uncaged Volume I), and Christopher Walz (Morty Corgi’s Scroll of Mysteries, The Midnight Revelry).

    Let's talk about it!

And, from the bottom of my 2002-2003 heart... thank you for fixing the art on the Goreguard, For my second Scarred Lands publication, on a class I worked very hard on, I did not like the art that came with it. I am so happy with the conversion to 5e I see.
Thanks so much! I am REALLY happy with all the art in Yugman's! Glad to hear you are pleased with the Goreguard!

Can you DM me? I'd like to get this sorted out for you.

Both Vigil Watch and Yugman's Guide to Ghelspad have bonus materials in their respective collected editions.

So the completed Yugman's Guide is now out, and from the preview it seems to contain a number of Subclasses which are not the the separate volumes (not to mention that it seems it was cheaper to wait for the complete Guide to come out then to buy each Volume separately). Am I missing the subclasses somewhere? Because buying the complete Guide for those subclasses after I bought all of the volumes feels a bit... weird.

So, now that we have 5 of the 6 volumes out, let's figure what is missing and what will be in part 6 ^^

    Part 1
3 races (broadreach dwarf, half-elf, hollow legionnaire), not sure if the dwarf or the hollow legionnaire count as "new"
5 new subclasses (cleric, druid, fighter x2, warlock)
    Spells
    Eldricht invocation

    Part 2
    6 social background
    2 races (triton, scrag)
    2 subclasses (rogue x2)
    Spells
    Blood sea alchemy

    Part 3
    3 social background
    3 subclasses (sorcerer, wizard x2)
    Spells

    Part 4
    6 social background
    2 subclasses (paladin, rogue)
    Equipment
    Magic items
    Spells

    Part 5
    6 social background
    3 subclasses (barbarian, fighter, monk)
    2 races (half-elf, minotaur)

So in total we have already
    21/21 social background
15/23 subclasses (no bard or ranger subclass)
7/6 races (or maybe 5 or 6 depending what counts as new)
Spells, Magic items, and more (no true rituals)

So, unless I can't count, volume 6 will mostly be subclasses with a few true rituals, with at least 1 for the bard and 1 for the ranger, and maybe other miscalneous materials, and a tiny possibility of having 1 new race (quite unlikely though). Given that there are no rangers in the SLPG, I expect that this one will contain more than 1 ranger subclass ^^

Once all six chapters roll out, errata is entered, and the compilation exclusives are added. Chapter five came out today at DriveThruRPG Chapter six is due out in November.

So I was looking forward to maybe seeing this at Gencon (no announcements, just a hope) and then Gencon was cancelled and moved online (for obvious and justifiable reasons).

Any news then on when we'll get PoD options?

So I've used the opportunity and got the released Yugman's Guide chapters, and while I don't run Scarred Lands, I will definitely the subclasses and some of the races for my game!

I do believe the compilations of each volume will be seeing a POD release.

Are these books going to be POD available too, or PDF only?
