  • I'm wondering if they are first releasing the spinoffs of each gameline before moving on to others, IE; they release all Vampire spinoffs before moving onto Werewolf.

    There wouldn't really have many spinoffs they could release before moving on from Hunter, the only one I can think of is Dark Ages: Inquisitor. Mummy might also be released as a Vampire spinoff, since it apparently required the VTM rulebook, and wasn't an entirely stand-alone gameline.

    In any case I just hope it's actually on the list, and won't be simply forgotten about....

    Long after? Wouldn't Demon be the next release straight after Hunter? Since I assume the plan is to unlock them in the order they came out....

    I'm wondering, can we expect Demon: the Fallen templates to be unlocked for the Storytellers Vault? Demon books are available for purchase via the Vault but there hasn't been much mention of anything Demon-related in any WoD media released so far.

    While we're at it might I ask is we will get Victorian Age: Vampire stuff made available too?

  • Again, just like a Telltale-style game, it would be a contextual thing, some scenes take place in the Umbra, others would allow you the choice to travel there, all as the story demands or allows....

    I've been thinking about how to create a good WoD game: it's not easy. As has been discussed on the forum before many of the disciplines are not what might be called "game friendly", most are designed for situations that might arise during a specific moment in the story. Say you had a game like, for example, Skyrim: You have enough dots invested in necromancy to summon a spirit just to ask one question? How do you simulate that? what would happen if you used that discipline when wondering about the game world? It really wouldn't be something a player could just use...

  • That's actually a good idea, you could even have a whole new compact of hunters within the Italian mob. Maybe a bunch of grunts who worked for a boss who got assassinated by a Vampire....
