Thanks! As a followup, what's the interaction between the fire-tapping Ifrit Lord shaping ritual and something like Righteous Devil's Burning Judgment Halo? Can the halo be repeatedly tapped for motes as long as the Devil Stylist sands at its center?...

If a fire aspect sorcerer happened to initiate via the Ifrit Lord archetype, would he be able to tap his own flaring anima for sorcerous motes with the relevant shaping rituals?

Thanks! And now that I look at it, both Lightning Strikes Twice and the Earth Shikari's Earthshaker Attack specify the relevant timing windows, so it wasn't as big a hole as I was thinking it was....

As a general thing, there are several charms with reset conditions that use wording similar to "...can be reset by gaining 20+ Initiative." (that one being from Tiger Warrior's Endurance). Do reset conditions like this care about the amount you've gained or the amount you have? If I just recovered from a crash and am at 3i and I whallop an opponent and take 10 initiative from him after using TWE, then get hit back for ten, then do ten to my target on the following round putting me to 13, has the Tiger Warrior's Endurance reset condition been met?

Sandstorm-Wind Attack just came up for the first time in my group, and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with the scenery damage and clash clauses. The charm does (Essence) damage to scenery, but since scenery never takes damage should I do something similar to the Sledgehammer Fist Punch clarification and consider it to be a Feat of Strength that got (Essence) successes?

Next, I'm confused about what the part of the charm that allows you to launch it reflexively if you're delaying your turn actually does. Delaying your turn is noted in the relevant section to be a good way to...

Would it perhaps be useful to distinguish between initiative lost from non-attack sources of damage and initiative lost as part of a cost? So that stuff like Searing Quicksilver Flight works like you'd expect (as part of the morale loss abstraction that Magnitude represents - 'We can't hit him, RUN!'), and Terrifying Apparition of Glory and Engage costs work correctly?

This has the not-insignificant drawback of GM's needing to make the judgment call between attacks and costs, but I'm not sure there's a way around that....

I'm sure I've said it before, but I can't thank you and Eric enough for everything you're doing here! This thread has been a huge help not just to me, but to the playerbase as a whole....

Given the way Sorcery works in Ex3, the notion of an 'average' shape sorcery action may be a little suspect, but for the sake of argument, how obvious is the 'average' shape sorcery action? The core mentions sorcerer-assassins in at least one place, but it's unclear to me what, if any, special considerations you'd need to account for to actually play out that concept. Does taking a Shape Sorcery action reveal you when you're in stealth? Should opposing Awareness checks get bonus dice to find the sorcerer? Or only to those who are sorcerers themselves? If this assassin put on a disguise and wandered...
