Given her access to what is probably one of the more important First age sites in Creation, I cannot help but think that she is borrowing heavily from a certain solar queen. She is obscuring her name, and making herself the hero that creation needs, not the hero that creation deserves, or something.

She has wrapped herself up in mystique, mysticism, and obscured everything for a multitude of reasons or possibilities. I like to think she is what is says on the tin, maybe a little more sympathetic. She was desperate to stop the end of the world, she managed to come out on top, and had...

  • I am hoping for another version of Luna's origin. She is the (slightly lesser) sibling of Sol, The version of the Sol just before Sol Invictus, who Gaia showed mercy too, and whom Theion gave to his little sister as a gift out of his kingly nature. I thin it shows Luna some love, shows a Solar/Lunar connection and avoids some things.

That, or divorce Luna from Gaia entirely, since Gaia is not the body of creation and marry hr to the Sol. Making her Queen of Heaven and rearranging things for a new edition.

I am not sure any of my ideas are good. I just like to toss a couple...

    What Semicasual said.

Also, when there are two options, I usually saw the Sidereal issue being they went with the one that gave them more power. The Cult cook talked about how the Solars were getting to the point that the cult could not handle them, but no one was willing to admit it. It is far more satisfying, for the Abyssals to be redeemed do to the Players doing something, then integrating that into the Sidereal narrative, which I always looked at as 'the center cannot hold'. I think the idea of unintended consequences to the acquisition of power is also a Sidereal theme. You...

Stall. Always stall. I think it should have to be opened from the other side, given that Autocython (sp) was doing a GTFO before the solars started looking at him like a useful assembly of parts to make anything and everything from.

But! it is a new edition. If you mean to do this, you can open 7 gates by using 1 of each caste of alchemicals to unlock it. Then all 6 can unlock #7 together. #8 can be unlocked on the other side by 6 other alchemicals.

Given that there are all sorts of Exalts now that there did not used to be, maybe there are alchemicals in creation, at...

Just to quietly note, there is nothing inherently scientific about using the metric system rather than the Imperial system. Most of the world uses it. Even the English do, mostly. (250 grams of flour, and a 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, for example). How many Leagues to the Hogshead does my car get again? Oh yeah, and thanks to my dieting and exercise I am about 8 stone now. ... so maybe you have a point about it being more scientific.

That being said, Hippokrene has the answer that jives most with my understanding of physics. I'm a flat lander from the Great Plains. We do have a...
