Sorry if anything I have said sounded rude, I admit that I am more of the straightforward type so spy stuff is a bit out of my element.

I admit the art is a bit gretuitous, but it's a bit hard to find art of the character (A rule63 version of Geronimo from Fate Grand Order) that looks modest, I was at least trying to find art that made her look badass with the first two, and something at least marginally less fanservice-ey with the third. The gimmick with this campaign is that their pantheons are randomly selected and among the options was titanspawn, which nobody rolled, and dragon, which one of the players DID roll, getting Tiamat as their specific ancestor, hence the character being focused on her.

First time homecrafting an adversary and would like help.
Hello! For the campaign I am running, I wanted to make an adversary who could be sort of a spylike reoccuring mysterious figure through the campaign at least at origin level. Nobody is quite sure what her motivations are, and they do not seem consistent so one adventure she could be ambushing the party, the next she's seducing one of them to steal a mcguffin, the next she is fighting alongside them. I wanted her to have a sort of spyish edge so I figured I would flavor her as an Heir, since the dragon book outright mentions spy stuff as how a typical campaign would run. As such I figured I would...

If I had to guess, given their predeliction for Chaos, Illulu and Tohru are both probably Draq, Fafnir is a Lindwurm, and given her being constantly hungry Elma might be a Joka? Iirc hunger was a big thing for them. Also ironically though the Loch Ness Monster is a dragon, Mokele-Mbembe is not, the manuscript has them be a three dot birthright creature. I have NO friggin idea for Kanna....Last edited by Storyteller323; 05-08-2022, 08:30 PM.

Ironically I think that Quetzalcoatl from "Q the Serpent God" would be some sort of dragonlike monster rather than a true dragon. It expresses no actual intelligence despite it's fairly draconic shape.

At the very least it has the credit of sounding hilarious....

Personally I like the system, simple but robust, but nonetheless glad someone else likes the game....

Normally I would agree but the manuscript specifically says Apep is a Joka....

[Dragon] Dragon Flight Examples!
As with the earlier topic I made about scion type examples, it may be good to compile a list of notable dragons or draconic characters from fiction and mythology that fit into different dragon Flights! The list is much barer rn than the other one cuz I am a bit of a philistine q.q
Draq - Tiamat, Abzu, Tohru (Dragon Maid), Ilulu (Dragon Maid).
Joka - Apophis, Kirimu
Lindwurm - Loch Ness Monster, Nidhoggr, Jormangandr, maybe Gorynych? But he's usually not portrayed as serpentine. Fafnir (Both Dragon Maid and Original)
Long - Shenron (Dragon Ball)
Naga -

You may like a different rpg called Hollow Earth Expedition. It's great even if out of print. Maybe some day Onyx Path will buy it from the original creator and start making new stuff for it again....

They Came From Ages Past!
A book about the pulpy two fisted "Go to hidden islands with dinosaurs" sort of movies that pop up every few years, like The Land That Time Forgot, or The Lost Continent, or King Dinosaur.
Also It Came From Deepest Fathoms! About giant monster movies not necessarily attached to godzilla like Yongary, Reptillicus or Gorgo, maybe with rules for controlling the monster for kaiju fights.

So what would one make, like, Lucoa from Dragon Maid? Cuz normally I would say an incarnate of Quetzalcoatl, but they make it quite clear she's a dragon. Then again, it's a likely theory that Quetzalcoatl is a Serpent flight dragon that joined the Teotl anyway. So, both? Neither?

I more meant for superhuman strength based abilities. So the knacks are dependant on scale, and can be used for lifting cars or whatnot?...
