The name then sound a little more Babylonian, because Ixcoatli does sound very Meso-American.

  • I was thinking maybe that the Elemental Dragons kept growing in power - and keeping them in check was done by the Devas and Incarnae as a training exercise/practice process. The new dragon bloods each sap a little bit of power from the Dragons, keeping them in check now the Incarnae do other stuff and the Devas are mostly demons. Note I came up with this idea like 5 minutes ago, so I haven't thought it through yet.

Show it to my brother - he suggested Indomitable Iron Bastion.

My name would be the Forge of Justified Desolation.

  • True, Mog isn't actually bound to you by that spell when you cast it, and he'll only pop up in the most serious of situations if called by a true believer....

  • Originally it was going to just be a tree canopy, and the ships crossed it by a system of roped-harpoons to drag the ships over the treetops. My Brother advised on changing it to a sea of clouds produced by the trees instead.

  • I would like Protocol to be something unique, but making it a form of sorcery would probably for the best. Mind you, making it a bare bones system that only has sorcerous workings of two levels could fit into the fluff of it basically being supernatural programming.

Forgot about the Law of Diminishment; wonder if an Exaltation could be created by Solar sacrifice with a sufficient sacrifice of someone else's power.

Sorcery, artifacts, charms, I don't know - it was just a suggestion....

My question is what is the central conflict of the three kingdoms - economic, political, religious, cultural or a mixture of reasons? Then build on that - did one state abolish slavery, and since it controls the main trade routes to the other two, the slave trade has dried up? Has one kingdom's ruler died and the other two see a chance for expansion? Has a famine occurred and all three are just trying to get enough food to survive?...

NEWTS FOR EVERYONE! (that was completely off point and stupid).

Although the idea of a rebellion of Exalted sounds strangely familiar. Wonder if using of binding oaths could be effective at control an army of pseudo-exalts, or would they all just find some way around it like the Incarnae did? Could make an interesting campaign hook....
