  • I didnt mention the Anime Berserk. If you can find the original series from the 90s it is way better. They revived it as a concise three movie dvd and subsequently it is now a serial detailing the events in the Manga. Both the 90s series and the recent 3 dvd release are a prelude. The premise is heavily influenced by events from medieval Europe and is perfect for Dreaming heavy or modern settings that want to focus more on the Fae side of things. The current series is more of a Nightmare influenced setting, almost the Elder Darks won sort of thing....

  • I fear the only thing I might have was what little was done for the Lords of Nightmare project. I joined up toward the end and my then own life took various turns so I was unable to do much. Once Spikey passed I lost much of my desire to be involved on the site. Pretty well left to concern myself with personal things and my own games. I likely have the data on a hard drive somewhere but sadly that data is all I have.

  • There was the guy from the Immortal Eyes Trilogy Court of All Kings. He was referred to as the Hidden King, but was heavily implied to be Ailil himself.

  • There is another series I forgot. Fablehaven by Brandon Mull. A secret nature reserve for the world's mythical/legendary creatures. Everything has to behave according to laws set forth in a treaty of sorts. Some grandchildren of the caretaker arrive when parents leave on a vacation and discover their grandfather is running this magically protected place of wonder.

Of course if it wasn't mentioned before Spiderwick Chronicles are there too.... You even get more of Tony DiTerlizzi's badass artwork.

Granted both of those have us normies discovering the fantastic world...

  • Think that is for all of us, Flamma. I was guilty of it too. I blame my ignorance of the interface and generally being unused to Forum posting.

  • Personally, I make use of mythology books or websites and have included the names of the various elder gods. My players have multicultural character make up and I refer to the Fomorian equivalent for the characters. They are expected to say them in the same manner as well. I also found the comics of Conan and Slaine a while ago. Slaine more than Conan talks about the Irish mythology and they include things for the Norse as well. Both have RPG versions as well that are helpful for ideas. Scion is definitely a good source for at least being a spring board to research for those other pantheons....

  • There is a great children's series called Geronimo Stilton and the Kingdom of Fantasy. Mild mannered busy body mouse is suddenly taken to another realm of high fantasy and must overcome his own failings and help the people of the realm. My kid got into this one and so I was drawn in too. The Thomas Covenant Chronicles is an adult version. With books the genre of fantasy is rife with series about the things Changeling is trying to reclaim. I'm not really into the modern stuff so I wouldn't know much that would completely mirror the duality aspect.

Adventure Time and the Amazing World...

  • P395 Talking again about the Nunnehi. The term Papago appears again twice in the first full paragraph. Replace with Tohono O'odham.

  • P351 in the section talking about Wraiths, under the Powers & Weaknesses section. It talks about Sluagh and Eshu being able to see Wraiths. Unless I missed it under the Eshu Kith splat, I don't believe there is any truth to them being able to see things across the Shroud. Any Changeling can manipulate things across the Shroud with the use of the Autumn Art level 5. Even then, that Art at level five doesn't allow for perception, just setting a beacon of sorts. If it is indeed false, Eshu should be removed from the sentence.

  • Looking at the weapons table on p. 285 and the Cold Iron notation. They only list the "iron staff" as being able to be Cold Iron. Wouldn't it be feasible to have hatchet heads, stilettos and knives, pole arm heads, maces, clubs...spiked or otherwise, and other such simple weapons earn the notation CI? Seems to me the previous editions mentioned something about the Cold Iron weapons being able to be made so long as they weren't very large. I remember it specifically saying something about the brittle nature of the metal being the main factor of keeping the weapon on the small side. I'd...

  • Something minor I noticed in the nunnehi section page 410. In regard to the Saguaro Totem the name Papago is not one used by the tribe. That was a Spanish name derived from what other tribes called them. The name should be changed to Tohono O'odham.

Not so keen on the Troll birthright Titan's Power being based on oath taking. Seems as though their very nature of being born from strength was how it was presented in the original setting. I would see greedy folk saying, "Ah...yes. I clearly have two Oaths and so have my Titan's Power maxed out already." Perhaps something basing...
