  • Do you have a book reference for this? I know that children can typically perceive things of the Dreaming because they have a low Banality rating, but that doesn't mean they have the Kenning Talent....

    I like that C20 has clarified that Seelie doesn't mean "good" and Unseelie doesn't mean "evil". The description of the courts is pretty clear on this, and portrays unseelie as more individualistic than traditional. However, when you get to Legacies, it does seem to be pretty clearly good vs. evil. Most of the unseelie legacies seem to be what most people would consider "bad".   • There is a difference between perceiving things of the Dreaming and having the Kenning Talent. Heck, not even all full kithain have to have Kenning! Just like not all Mages will have dots in Awareness....
