  • That, and by sheer virtue of biology they are the most superior species on the planet, the badassery only acts as a force multiplier....

  • I’m assuming so, seeing as many of their Enlightenments are identical to Lycaon-Urs special powers...

  • I’m kinda meh on the Moon Shunned. On paper they are really cool, and the potential is super enticing... until you realize The gargantuan improbability Of ever even making it to the Moon, or the dangers Helios would pose, or the fact that you can’t breathe on the Moon because you’re only Half spirit, and the dozens of not hundreds of Idigam still locked away in Her busom... it gets less and less feasible the more one plans to do the deed.

    They are fantastic Lune killers, but Moon Killers they most certainly ain’t. Now if the Storyteller wants to do it, none of these things...

  • Can we talk about the hell on earth that is the Wasp Host Joining? Because that’s the most disturbing thing in that book. Forget the Bale Hounds, Devourers, Geryo, Mimics, Idigam or Void Spirits( though all are fantastic), these bugs are the most existentially terrifying things in the entire book.

  • My first thoughts: huh, the Zurdilu remind me of my Gisilu, the difference being the methods used for their compulsion.

    Second.. I am in love with the Void Spirits!

  • Zeky and Colossus... Thoughts on what would happen?

    Hey all, Korogra here! Now I do not know who here has read the Contagion Chronicle preview, but one of my favorite settings in it has to be Milton Keynes and it’s Contagious Promethean/Would-be rival for the God-Machine Colossus, especially with how it interacts with other Created.. it’s so seductively damning for those who are trying to actually complete their Pilgrimage! One has to wonder though, what do you suppose would happen if Colossus encountered one of the Children Of The Bomb?

    I personally think it would be almost afraid of them, due to their Azoth being so different...

  • Well Absimiliard seems to have a sort of rivalry/ twisted sense of affection for the Shaper in his section, seeing her as like a sort of misbehaving child or a sort of old friend who you’ve grown to largely dislike. Then she kills/ drinks his soul so we have no idea what their relationship really was....

  • I never got my hands on that, so I had no idea! That would be a fine source of reference too, if they picked it up from the guide.

    Still, it would be pretty funny if there was a bit of Shaping in there, manifesting through the jury rigged Discipline of a Caitiff or Thin Blood xD...

  • Definitely not Absimiliard, she Diablerlizes him... then gets sorta not-eaten by Ennoia...

    Mentalism = Shaper connection?

    Hey All, Korogra here; how are you guys doing? It’s admittedly rare for me to pop in, let alone post, in an cWoD forum.. but with V5 in full swing and Bloodlines 2 just around the corner I figured Now was a good time as any to present to you all with a fun little fan theory of mine regarding the upcoming game and a possible reference to a Scenario in the Time of Judgement where the Antediluvians are rising pretty much one after another, Ending with Tzimisce overtaking the earth and Saulot performing a Deus Ex Machina to destroy It.

    Anyway!

    While I’m sure most of...
