  • I was thinking about the potential purpose of the Wasp Hosts, and suddenly two ideas came to me: a sort of warrior-wasp like collective dedicated to building hives on both sides of the gauntlet, or they are shard hunters that behave like Tarantula Hawks xD

If you like the idea of this spirit having a familial connection to the First Born without being a Royal Avatar ( though that is a pretty good idea), why not use a Second Born, making it a cub of Winter Wolf?

Wyrdhamster brought that up not to long ago, as it turns out! I would have to agree to an extent, though only superficially.

I usually imagine a person being in multiple pieces or their body is largely pulped/incinerated/ shredded thanks to a full health track of aggravated damage, and agree that the poor sob is definitely beyond Influence: Healing.

But in that scenario where they can be saved, agreed completely...

I dunno, that sounds like something that would happen if you use Influence: Life on a dead person’s destabilizing cells, absolutely. But saying that Healing would cause that to occur.. that sounds backwards and improbable considering the Influence.

You’re right that it’s GM discretion, though!...

One is reversible, the other sadly is beyond human intervention. You’re still dead, but luckily your body’s able to be jumpstarted back to functionality....

Dancers in the Dusk have Lady Ambrosia, and that shows how bad of a idea romancing a Goblin can be.. but that’s first Ed.

Then again, that is a good framework to use.

Like what was said before, in all likelihood the relationship would be this toxic one sided affair... but it would be interesting. Like a train wreck in slow motion; beautiful in its horrible splendor!

I will have to be a naysayer/ Devil’s Advocate and state that Create-or Mass Create probably could reverse death if done right away. Doctors undo clinical death all the time after all through resuscitation, and if mere medical science can do it, the godly power of a Rank 5 Spirit Absolutely would be able to do it. Now you aren’t going to be bringing someone who’s been in the morgue for a couple hours back to life, that’s why we have a numen for that, but bringing a person back a few minutes after they expire with Influence? I see no reason why a Rank 4 or 5 Spirit Of Healing couldn’t...
