Given at least one of them was murdered by the CHOP enforcement, any support of that nightmare protest is in poor taste....

This is what i have a hard time believeing actually happens, it's several magnitudes above disagreeing over medications. It's why I'm asking, because the assumption seems to be not blindly agreeing equals hate/phobia.

That. Is. Not. Always. Or. Even. Often. The. Case.

I know medical professionals, well enough that i get some behind the scenes chat. They've basically been told they are not allowed to even suggest that a hormonal treatment might be bad for the persons health. One even got threated will being fired for having a remarkably similar discussion about meds. She...

It was Iethloc that used the Dr and cholesterol meds example, presenting it as a real life example they'd encountered.

You presume i don't know anything about it?...

Denying health care because you want some to die is horrific. Prioritising actual health over a non life threatening condition isn't. It's common sense...

If i stop taking insulin so i can take something that makes me stop having awful skin, I'd expect a Dr to dissagree with me. I'd be happier with good skin, but that's secondary to being alive.

Just trying to find out if it's as bad as claimed, or theres a lot of hyperbole going on here......

Ok, well the Catholic Hospital sounds like it should be illegal, but then i don't think religion should have any place outside a church/private home. The whole way the US system is "sold" is that it's all about choice, you don't have to do the waiting list thing, want something done? Go to the Dr that will do it...
I had to get a procedure done once, there were two people in the country that i could go to for it, after over a year of waiting on a list to get a spot.

As for the disagreement, are both those medications essential to keeping you alive? Is one more important...

As someone who has very little idea about american health care, how exactly does this work?

Are trans people actually going to get turned away from ERs, or is it if they are asking for treatment from a Dr in a non critical setting the Dr is allowed to dissagree with them?

The first is abhorrent, the 2nd is fine? It literally happens to everyone, even with tax funded healthcare, i can go to a Dr with a problem, and if i don't like how they see it, its my job to find a better one...

Secret ballots, and I don't think everyone will look at it like that. Most people just want the chaos to stop, and disbanding police won't achieve that...
